    Overmixing makes tough muffins so i am skeptical about this recipe. There is an error in the recipe. The video description mentions addition of bread flour in the mixture while the written description calls for cake flour.

      🥺🥺Thanks for your reminder for the typo of the recipe. Yes, it should be cake flour instead of bread flour🙏🏻🙏🏻 For the muffin, please mix all the ingredients and stop mixing anymore until you cannot see any white flour 🥰🥰
