I just don't understand why Bruce keeps getting left behind. He's got a real-life martial art as his fighting style, his moves are eye-catching without being over-the-top, he has a distinct look that fans can quickly identity, and he seems like a pretty decent guy other than working for a villain like Kazuya. What gives?

What, low character popularity? Oh, Harada's recurrent excuse for his whims. Xiaoyu is always at the bottom of the character usage list, yet she doesn't miss a game (gotta include all the waifus!). Same with bears.
Yeah, I'm calling BS on the low character popularity thing, when the likes of Ganryu, Panda, and Shaheen are favored over Bruce. Hell, Ganryu's low approval rate is canon, based on his Tekken 7 trailer.
Yeah the trolls will say Bruce has 1 fan asking for him he had one of the highest play rates in tag 2 his replacements have still yet to outshine him in design and moves ill stick to old Tekken for now

It's going to feel crazier than the angry character beggars. If Bruce received GT7 Trial Mountain treatment in Tekken 8, where his b2 is nerfed, would y'all still play him?

1:50 b+2 does not actually guarantee a CD+3 on hit. It is actually possible to get up and crouch block. But timing is very tight and you would risk getting picked up for a juggle by d+3,2 or even CD+2, so staying down and taking the CD+3 hit is usually the 'safer' option.

Hopefully Bruce returns in 8 because Josie was not a great substitute she’s a forgettable character who cried for no reason. Fuku isn’t a replacement but could be a rival to Bruce to see who is the better Muay Thai fighter. Like with rivalry in Street Fighter between Sagat and Adon.
Tekken Tag 2 had mega super potential. Best looking combos in tekken series. It’s too bad that due to low sales due to complex mechanics, Namco simply gave up on the game and did not fix the damage/rage damage, capos b14, etc
Bruce in TT2 dealt so much damage man especially if you were in a wall stage? Forget it he had everything. Good buttons, mix up potential (wall corner) and don’t let him be in rage mode 🤮🤮🤮. Really miss him hope he’s DLC for Tekken 8

B+2 is one of the most satisfying moves in all of Tekken. Sadly, it only exists as the last hit of Fahkumram's b+4,3,2 string in Tekken 7.
