    Full written recipe for Dahi Vada
    Vada banane ka tarika:
    bheegee hui udad daal ko chaan lein aur bahut kam pani ka upyog karke ise peesakar mulayam paste bana len. batter gadha aur chikna hona chahiye.
    batter mein kati hui Hari mirch, kasa hua adarak aur namak daalein. achi tarah se milayein.
    ek deep frying pan ya kadhayi mein madhyam aanch par tel garam karein.
    apane haathon ko geela karen aur batter ka ek chota sa hisa lein ise ek choti gol gend ka aakar dein ya apanee hatheliyon ke beech thoda sa chapata karen.
    aakaar ke batter ko dhere se garm tel mein chodein aur vade ko sunahra bhoora aur kurkura hone tak talein.
    tale hue vadon ko tel se nikaal lejiye aur atirikt tel tissue paper par nikaal lijiye. bache hue batter ke saath bhi yahi prakriya doharayein.
    Dahi ka mishran taiyaar karein:
    Gaadhe dahi ko ek katore mein achi tarah phent le.
    Dahi mein paanee, bhuna jeera powder, kaala namak, niyamit namak aur cheenee (yadi upayog kar rahe hain) milayein. achi tarah milayein jab tak ki sab kuchh mil na jae aur mishran chikana na ho jae.
    Dahi vade me daal dein:
    tale hue vade leejie aur unhen gunagune paanee mein lagabhag 10-15 minat ke lie bhigo dejiye. pratyek vade ko apanee hatheliyon ke beech dabaakar dhere se atirikt paanee nichod le.
    Nichode hue vadon ko ek serving bowl mein rakhen.
    Taiyar dahi mishran ko vadon ke upar poori tarah dalein, unhen achi tarah se dhak le.
    Dahi se dhake vadon ke upar imlee ki chutney aur Hari chutney dale ispe.
    Upar se bhuna hua jeera powder, lal mirch powder aur chaat masala sprinkle kare.
    - Kati hui Hari dhaniye se sajayen.
