It says that the update file cannot be used, it says “the update file cannot be used. Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 11.02 or later. (CE-34788-0).
Check that the folder names and file name are correct. Enter the folder names and file name using uppercase letters. In some cases creating uppercase folder name a little bit tricky on fat32 in windows 10. Correct path is UPPERCASE: /PS4/UPDATES/PS4UPDATE.PUP
@@laurent5038 for me when I do that it just turns off my PS4, even though I hear one and then two beeps. And no matter how hard I try, I cannot get it to the screen where it has the options to do things in safe mode. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this problem. 🫤

Make sure to make a folder on usb Called PS4 then inside the ps4 folder make a folder named UPDATE then put the file there
