I love the energy i get from it. My older daughter convinced me to go to a gym class with her and I've been hooked. It's been fun to workout with other folks in my community. Plus I get to hear some contemporary pop music, so I'm not completely out of touch 😅.

in 2017 i had an accident at work and broke my leg. that morning before work i weighed 185 lbs and wore size 34 waist. in only 5 months i got up to 242 lbs and a size 40 waist from not being able to exercise normally, even with a restricted diet and staying conscious of calorie intake. its taken more than 5 years, but yesterday i weighed in at 188 lbs and i've been wearing the 34s again for a couple of months!
Mate, appreciate you sharing your story! Good on you for getting back to your original weight. What was your strategy? My own weight journey started in 2015. I was fit and ripped back then and wanted to bulk up, so I changed my diet. But life happened, and I never reached the cutting stage, just gradually put on more weight 🙈. I'm not fat-fat or anything, just aiming to feel better in my own skin again!!!
@@CNTRRNDM well, my original weight was 8lbs 6oz, i dont think i will ever get back to that lol! all jokes aside, i cut out sweets, late night snacks, and just focused on staying active for more hours of the day. it doesnt hurt that at my job i do a lot of heavy lifting, so no real need for weight training, it's just part of my job. at 49 i am actually the strongest i've ever been now. my bioggest hurdle that i dont think i can ever cut out is my sweet tea. i probably consume no less than 2 cups of sugar a day in my tea. i drink like a gallon a day, not even exaggerating.
@@BLUECIFER but hey, I mean sweet tea is freaking delicious after all...I'm super addicted to sweet tea as well...there's just no better drink than English Breakfast tea with milk and sugar😁

Another killer sample pack. If you get your mind in shape your body will follow, at least that was my mantra when I decided to embark on a weight loss journey. The hardest part for me was watching my calorie intake, being mentally able to see a much smaller amount of food than I was used to getting as a full meal. It was so hard building better habits and forcing myself into a better routine, but once I did the actual weight loss just seemed like a mundane, unexciting side effect. You'e got this.

Ya dude, dryers been making all my shirts tight lately 😆 I'm actually about to start dieting and exercising myself so this one resonates ha. I actually use GPT to make a meal plan and exercise plan and i got it to write html and css code for a static website i went and setup for free. Anyways tho amazing beats as ever & hope your knees done healed up 😁🔥✌
Noooo way, me too! How cool is that? It planned my meals based on macro nutrients and it created a workout plan for me as well...it's crazy! And hey, I am convinced that the dryers are planning something big😳

Youre gaining weight and im somehow 90 lbs lighter than i was when meeting you. Which sounds good but dude im like a skeleton. The body mass index says my weight right now is what a woman like 6 inches shorter should be. I wasnt really fat then maybe just a little overweight by a tiny bit. 😅. Not intentional. This is sick dude. Hope we one day collab again

When I was dating that one person I gained a bit back because she thought I was skinny. Then I started bleeding. Then that stopped and it was super hot and I'm pretty physically active at work and I think a combination of things just kind of hit at once
@@CNTRRNDM man I've been as big as 300 and fat. I've been in the 200s late 100s and been fitish. I've been as small as 113 lbs at 6 foot tall. Right now I'm around 150 but my height makes that number worse.
