Since I was in my mid 20s, I've told my friends and family that I believe everyone has some sort of mental illness they deal with, but they may not ever know it. I am now 44, and still firmly believe that! I'm actually considered Generation X, but I still agree. 😂

I too am in long term recovery so it’s awesome to see someone else who is willing to be open and honest about it with no shame!! That’s an unbelievably scary and difficult thing to do (I’m not even in the public eye!) I still have to deal with the stigma daily, so I can’t even imagine what you must deal with and go through! You are an incredibly strong woman! Not only do you make me laugh every day (and comfortable as hell in the BOIBS) but you also show me that you can stay sober through major ups and major downs and everything between! So thank you so much, you really do make a difference!!!
