Sometimes I wish I can go back in time and slap myself during my teen years lol I wasn't a hard teenager to deal with but definitely had some attitude here and there And of course there was some stupid choices occasionally but of all anytime that I upset my mother when I said something horrible I just want to go back in time and well punch myself in the face I think all mamas are amazing they're like superheroes literally no one can do what mamas do.
Yes! My oldest is 15, my youngest... 3 months old... And my son is 10... I feel like I'm loving all phases of parenthood at once lol
@@ashb2404 be nice to that 15 year old. That was me! Oldest of 5…my youngest sister is 23 years younger than I am. My middle two are 14 and 12 years younger and, honestly, I was parent helper 24/7 back in the day. Don’t quite feel that I got to “be” a teen juggling that & 3 jobs plus school. Now with a 19, 16, & 10 year old I do have expectations but also want them to have me/friend time. It’s a juggle though…and I have been know to say, “WTF-nobody here is a toddler! Pick s-t up and put s-t away!” 😂

It’s crazy but short lived , my reasoning was I’m never going back to the baby/toddler stage after my oldest was out of it . It’s a whole other mama mode your brain has to be in than older kids and once my kids are out of diapers I am never going back. Two under two and I’m getting fixed lol

Although a newborn definitely throws a spanner in the works! We have a tribe of 10(9 living, Amelia, baby #7 was born sleeping) our youngest are 2 and 5 weeks. We have a 12 seater minibus so you can imagine the bedlam going out is😂

Every baby is different and sometimes us parents (usually mums) put too much pressure on ourselves to be back to "normal". Your old normal is history, we need to learn to love our new normal and ask for help when we need it ❤️

This is so accurate. I can so relate. I have 22 month old son when his sister was born. It was chaotic every time we leave the house even just for a walk. When you are about to go out the door there is always something …the baby poop again, spits up again, forgot something and so on. Sometimes takes you an hour specially winter times. The socks,, the toddler who refuses to wear jacket, who refuses to wear boots. There is always something. Then the toddler make a mess.
It takes practice. Every month you gain a technique on how to become easier and get the system faster. We are still learning. Even my son now is turning 5 and the sis is 3. Still learning. Even they getting independent now. Still learning. Getting easier. And our kids are learning too. They are adapting to the new addition in the house.
