I lost my Nonna when I was only a year old back in the 80’s. I’m now 38 and I love your videos. They help me cook authentically for my dad and help him remember his childhood, and mine, when my mom used to cook for him. I made him scarole e fagioli tonight. He can’t remember what he loves, so it’s a guessing game until I see your videos. They help me so much. Thank you.
I was smiling during this whole video! It's great to see you back with the nonnas. I love when you're in their kitchens - it really gives the viewers a window into their world. And how sweet having her darling granddaughter with you. :-)
I am sure going to cook this as soon as i get to the store. Thank you for all the great southern Italian recipes. Without your site I would not know how to cook Italian food. I am Italian but my grandparents never handed down any Italian recipes to their children so the children had no recipes for their grandchildren. Thank you again.
Thank you for showing the beautiful dynamic between three generations in your family, I felt the love even before it was declared aloud and oh, the recipe seems awesome as well.
Rossella, thank you so much for having sweet Nonna Eugenia and sweet Sofia on the show. I just broke down and cried after she said, "I love you" to Sofia. There is something beautiful about the words from nonnas saying, "I love you". Lovely and delish recipe!
I grew up eating both cauliflower and- broccoli patty - my great aunt would make them in the kitchen garage ( she had 3 kitchens lol) sooo good. How do I miss them.
I just made this! Actually I’m still making them as I eat them! LOL-they are that good. I didn’t have the cheese so I used a mixture of Parmesan, asiago, and fontina.
Love it. Such a nice presentation with nonna e carina nipote. My nonna used to make these. We must try the ricetta. Grazie Rosella e grazie nonna e nipote.
❤️Nonna. She’s adorable. First time watched her TDAY. And LOVED HER CAULIFLOWER PATTIES. OH MY GOODNESS. WISH I HAD THAT PLATEFUL SHES HOLDING ONTO. RIGHT HERE.
I just love when grand kids and grandparents say , I love you to each other !!! It brings happy tears to my eyes ! Also can]t wait to make this recipe ! Looks yummy !!!
My Nonna made these but no cheese. However she coated them in sugar when they were cooked. Cauliflower garlicky fritters rolled in sugar makes no sense and sounds gross, but they were amazing!
please tell your mum she is marvelous, greetings from the little island name Montserrat.. I am going to try this as we love fritters so its interesting that you can add cultliflower
I tried this recipe just now. The inside of the patty is very gooey.. too mushy no matter how long I fry them. Is that intended to be that way or did I mess something up? Thank you
Nonna, I live plant based. How do you feel about replacing the cheese with a cheese replacer made from almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and salt? ☺️ It’s usually used as a pasta topping in place of parmagiana reggiano... 😊
It’s December 2020, just wondering where you’ve been, haven’t seen a post in months, hope everything is alright. Drop us line to let us know everyone is ok. God bless.

The ingredients and measurements were not mentioned clearly
Thanks Nonna bella
Sofia is so gorgeous. She reminds me of my own granddaughter ❤
I make it the same way
The water boils quicker without the salt in, they say, that’s why the old-schoolers don’t add the salt until the water is boiling❗️
Delicious
Bravissima ❤
Her grand daughter is beautiful! Red headed Italians are gorgeous. And I’m def making these
So so sweet Brava Nonna 🇮🇹
