I used to install tile with my Uncle when i was 19. And we had all kinds of new and old sites to go to. Somehow i always see sometjing being built , and need 36"x90" plywood, for a shelf. Depends on the plan for a building. Looks good with just the slab. And remodel the other buildings.
What about the inside of the house the last we seen it there was just boards across the large square in the middle with huge poles supports holding them up 😢

А остальное просто кошмар, техника безопасности вообще отсутствует😢1) Ходят в шлёпках, 2) нет страховки, 3) крыша(это вообще что-то с чем-то) Варит без очков, 4) Не изменили крышу, сколько и каких надо листов, 5) обрезали прямо на крыше, 6) курят прямо на крыше😮😮😮😮. Я сколько смотрю и Китайцев, и Вьетнамцем, но с таким бардаком впервые сталкиваюсь😢😢😢😢. Это я не строитель, а обычный зритель. Я бы на месте хозяина этого дома отдельно высчитала за листы крыши. Меня это вообще убило

I wonder if its because Vietnam has a lot of earthquakes so better to protect the main structure with a foundation that is able to dampin and resist them better. I read that Vietnam has over double the amount of earthquakes over the last 20 years possibly due to the effects of humans building more there. Dilemma. Quandary.
Vietnamese construction engineers mainly focus on steel and concrete structures to enable the building to withstand the load without the subsidence of the weak geological foundation and to withstand tropical storms of level 12 and above. As for earthquakes, they rarely occur in the plains of Vietnam.

Pondasi yang di buat di negara ini saya kurang suka... karena terlalu banyk memakan material batu bata.pdhl di negara manapun pondasi tidak ada yang di lapisi batu bata merah.kalo mau membangun dinding coran yaa harus nya langsung saja tanpa di lapisi bata dibawahnya... Dan satu lagi... diameter pondasi dan anyaman besi u terlalu lebar. Itu sangat pemborosan padahal rumah y hanya 1 lantai...

Con todo lo que se gastaron en materiales acá me hago 5 casas con doble piso ,sin contar que no son sustentable y ecológica , 0% de seguridad al obrero mucho trabajo y poco sueldo y el problema de las aguas residuales,como harán cuando tengan un pérdida??o tengan olores dentro?!! porque al parecer la ventilación es poca. dado que las ventanas están pegadas a las medianeras lindantes.privacidad 0 pero bueno cada cual a su conveniencia.

75天完成，如果按照平均10人同时施工，至少40个人月，根据各地人力成本就可以概算了，另外加上材料费，看上去好像大型机械和脚手架使用很少，应该租赁费不多，外加设计和施工监理费用。
