    recipe.

    Ingredients:
    . 1 cup wheat flour
    . 1/2 cup jowar flour
    (sorghum)
    . 1 & 1/2 cup butter milk
    . 1/2 cup water
    . 1 tsp sesame seeds
    . 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    . 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
    . pinch of hing
    . 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    . garlic and green chilly paste
    (as per taste)
    . salt (as per taste)
    . chopped coriander leaves
    . oil
    Method:
    . Mix wheat flour,jowar flour,
    salt,carrom seeds,sesame
    seeds in big bowl.
    . Heat 1 tbsp oil in thick
    pan.
    . Add cumin seeds and
    allow to crackle it.
    . Add garlic and green chilly
    paste,hing,turmerci powder
    and saute it.
    . Add 1/2 cup water and
    allow to boil this mixutre.
    . Add butter milk and stir
    it continuously on
    medium flame till starts
    boiling.
    . When mixture started boiling
    properly,step by step add
    flour and keep mixing
    propely to avoid lumps.
    (use roller pin or wooden
    stick to mix flour)
    . Cover with lid and allow
    to cook it for 1 - 2 minutes
    on low flame.
    . Ukad is ready
    . Transfer this ukad in
    big plate.
    . Knead this ukad properly
    by applying little oil.
    . If ukad is too soft apply
    little wheat flour
    or
    if ukad is too dry apply
    little water
    and knead ukad properly.
    . Take some portion
    of dough and roll
    it as shown in video.
    . Ghari should be little
    thick than regular chapati.
    . Transfer this ghari
    on hot tawa.
    . Roast it properly
    from both sides
    by applying little
    oil.
    . When get properly
    roasted ,transfer in
    serving plate
    . Aambat gharya is ready.
    . Enjoy hot with thecha,
    any chutney or as it
    it..
