@@victorcritelli5790 I like to keep track of how many people I got into an app and did not close - that way I know I need to reflect on those calls to make sure there was not anything I could have done better

Which I find very helpful, It was really good to see that I am not so far off as I perceived before,
seeing real data is such a pleasant change from all the noise of so many saying they close crazy 80% of those I speak with
@@victorcritelli5790 Yes, my applications started and not closed could be a number of reasons. It really doesn't tell you much other then alerts you to trends. For example If I lost two for the day and reflected then noted It was at socal - I need to review the calls b/c I did something wrong. Its about learning - reflecting - growing! Hope this helps!
