It helped me in knowing some really basic and important things but but but if you would ask me whether this is all that you need to know before being a VA then no! You gotto do your own research and hell lot of practices and enhance a lot of skills. As Saloni says in a lot of modules that you gotto look upto youtube for certain things. Umm...if you ask me whether it helped me or not then yes, it did! I am studying more about VA industry on my own right now. Hope this helped :)
