Plug and play... i do have other videos on full installs once you swap over the vents you just plug the new plugs to the ports and you close it up
Its not needed. The plugs will only go i to one spot. Its idiot proof.

These android radio's have more problems with overheating than cold. I have installed a few of them already.

Hey what year is your patriot? Mine only has like 2 connections on the back of my radio and I’ve seen some that have a few extra, like a gold connector. I have just the white one.
Mine is a 2010 and i had a lot of connections with no place after install lol
I came from your followup video, a year later, how do you like this product a year later? Anything that bothers you about the product?
I only dislike that for what ever reason some people get duds, mine works great, some people say their amp doesnt kick on and other say it drains their battery, but for me no issues

how do apps like Spotify work on the road? How does Bluetooth connectivity work? Could I set it to automatically Bluetooth pair with my phone? Sorry for the load of questions, I'm highly considering getting one
Spotify works great there are different versions but i would get the wireless applecarplay version, yes auto connects to your phone via bluetooth
Use your hotspot via iPhone or android
If you use apple carplay or android auto it just plays it over, but if not then yes hotspot

You don't really need to as long as you do not plan to lick the wiring harness contacts...
Nope if you are not splicing any wires or have exposed wires you dont need to, since its a plug and play kit you dont run any risk of shorting anything
So is this a true plug-and-play? No other parts needed for Speakers w/ Amp?

There is a radio with canbus and one with out the one with canbus had a obd2 adapter for the camera so the steeringwheel curves when you turn the lines curve
It use tomwork all of a sudden the screen went blank.

If you do not have sound return it , some units come as duds
Main it looks nice but discharging car battery in 2 days very bad
Have seen this is a issue for some to this date never had my car discharge so i dont know if you got a defective unit , but you can ask the seller for a new unit in exchange theyre usually good about it

Mine didnt have swc so i couldnt tell you, but i do know they make a stand alone kit but you would have to cut into the harness for that

That is strange but if your radio install caused battery shortage contact the seller and tell them you have a defective unit but if you want to take it into your own hands the stereo has a yellow wire which is the wire that kills the power to the radio if you wire that to lets say a cigarette lighter it shouldnt draw power any longer

I made a how to it might not be super informative but i hope it helps it should be plug and play but maybe you got a dud unit, mine still to this day works great
