When I got the same recall notice for my Black Diamond, I laughed and tossed the letter in my paper shredder 10K miles and I’ve had ZERO issues with my 2.3 manual.
Great video! I have had my 2-door OB Bronco with the 2.7L twin turbo for a year and a half with no major issues. My engine was built after the valve issue of the V6's back in 2021. The only things I don't like are the noise on the highway (when it's a windy day) and the subwoofer on the B&O system vibrates constantly. I have a TSB on that issue that I will take in for my next service. Great vehicle but I wouldn't buy another one, mainly because I am closer to retirement and will want something more fuel efficient and quieter. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Back in the 1990s, a friend of mine got a recall on his Ford Explorer to check for loose seat bolts. These petty recalls are simply to try to keep people comfortable with coming back to the stealership. That's why they paid so much attention to you. Coffee? Danish? Magazine? What a great jacket! Love those shoes. Didn't you notice it took 2 hours to install a clip!!?? Not to mention trolling for other work to be done? Stealerships have been wasting people's time trying to recapture the post warranty service and repair work for years.
Thanks for the update. My 2022 Black Diamond with 2.3 engine and Auto trans had no problems at 8000 miles when I traded it for a 2023 Badlands with the 2.7 engine. The 33 in BFG KO 2 tires ride well and are not noisy. No problems so far at 3000 miles. Happy Holidays.
Since you asked, I would never buy a Bronco. I have no use for a vehicle like that, I don't like the looks of them and I've never owned a Ford so it's kind of a family thing. I am, however, glad you love yours so much. This is why there's a variety of vehicles on the market as we all like different things.
Rear brake pads were getting low ... after only 28,000 miles? That doesn't sound right? My buddies GMC 2500 Denali has 84,000, My 2015 ford pick up has 120,000, same pads. I am not a mechanic or car guy so what am I missing?
My Base Ford Bronc 4dr, came with a different custom #33 inch tire and wheel when purchased and 2 inch lift, I got a used factory ford raptor front bumper for a great price and it came with a fog light. If you look around for steel factory bumper long enough you can found one for a good price for about $300..
I was planning on getting a Bade two door manual transmission Bronco. No dealers had any.. Unfortunately, for 2024, those are no longer available and I'll be looking for something else.
I wish I had my 2021 Big Bend specced like yours considering the prices now but that was traded in for a lux obx for my husband so we don't have it anymore !!! But I also got a 2022 2.3 2 door Base Sasquatch for a great price and think I have the seatbelt recall but so far the only one for us too :) my son is driving it right now but there is 50k miles and we need new tires pretty soon and was thinking of doing some cheap take off but may have to look at the ones you got!!! Right now I am driving a 23 Pilot Sport but my son is going to college soon so I think I will get the Bronco back and need to do some updates-- like the idea of the new exhaust and maybe the 2.3 performance update :)
A sucker is born every minute. Tailights are a selling point for you? Good grief no wonder they make junk these days. Its a POS but I love the tailights! Lmao
@chrisramsey3603 I'm admiring the aftermarket taillights upgrade that he installed. Nobody is twisting your arm to this bronco or any other bronco. I'm sure whatever you are driving is a super reliable vehicle.
Do you have a how-to anywhere on your grill? I noticed you went with the same design as the preproduction Bronco and would love to do the same. Especially the red boarder around the letters.
Thanks for this video. I’m still so undecided if I want to spend $60k+ on a Bronco. I’m between the Black Diamond and OuterBanks. And then there’s Hardtop or not. I’ll be moving to Las Vegas soon and think imma die in one of these in the Summer lol
You don't understand engineering too well if you think "just a clip" isn't important. Things are designed to specs and need to follow them. The seatbelts can also rattle if they roll up too much.
Hey where did you get your white trail sight guides? Are they just painted? Or did you get those covers that stick on then bought the red inserts?? Need to know!
Since no company offered white trail sights and the stick-on inserts look a little cheap, we had them painted. It was a PITA. I personally did a ton of touch-up by hand to get the orange section looking right.
Cool thank you, I saw those as well and I don’t like how they “stick on” nor how the no longer line up at the hood and grill etc.. some people are trying to sell white ones they powder coated or something for like $500 on eBay!
Curious to see if yours falls under the windshield wiper software update recall. I had no idea mine was until I took it in for the seatbelt recall (and a warranty soft top replacement) and they let me know they'd also performed this update, which had JUST come out.
😂😂😂 I literally just had this done without even knowing what the hell it was, yesterday! I took it in and was having a different service done, but they figured they'd take care of this "recall" while it was in there. I texted my service guy like bro, what the hell is this thing? Did someone forget some weird safety thing in my truck? He's like, oh that's from a recall, and sent me the info on them. What a silly "recall", lol. It keeps bugging my hand when I'm putting my seatbelt on and I'm about to rip it off 😅
U bring it in for a recall on the seatbelt and they take your wheel off and look atbthe brake pads??? Right there i woukd have been pissed . Thats why i didnt bring mine back. They claim people wont wear the seatbelt. Im not one .of those people. .
when you have a good skill, it is normal that you can go global and your name is recommended to so many people and from what i've heard about Mr. Aaron Cooper, his strategies must be really good.
I’m curious when you’re going to get a chance to take a look at the new Ineos Grenadier? I’ve ordered one after considering the bronco. It’s extremely cool and robust!
Says A LOT about how horrible these vehicles are overall when you link another video more dedicated to all the issues it has had, and this is a NEW vehicle.
These are absolutely terrible, firstly they are as ugly as the most ugly vehicle you can buy, secondly a friend of mine made the mistake of buying one of these and it has been nothing but trouble. The engine was replaced firstly as it failed and too many other issues have followed. Now traded in for a non-ford product, Just don't.
It sounds like we have different standards where risk tolerance is concerned, which is fine. I’ll just note that I’ve been making video reviews of cars for 17 years without any incident.
You consider all these problems as minor issues but let’s not forget this was a NEW vehicle! You shouldn’t have ANY problems for the first few years. I’ve had two Toyota Four Runners and one Tacoma and have put them through every imaginable challenge you can think of yet have never had one single issue. Not one! There’s a reason you don’t see many new Broncos on the road. American car manufacturers in general have created their own demise with inferior quality over the years. For performance, quality and durability you CANNOT beat a Toyota. That being said I hope your problems, big or small, are behind you. Now get back in your chopper and give us some of your fantastic new videos. America loves those! Good luck Micah!
I had a Tacoma 2020 TRD OffRoad. Had a broken vent motor in glove compartment within 6 months. Rattles from my driver window within 3 months. Rattle from the dashboard within a 1 year.
Yeah here we go with the my toyota is the greatest comment. I have a 2024 corolla that's just over a month old. Rattles worse than most of the old vehicles I've owned, transmission is very jerky and lagging sometimes and the screen freezes. ANY vehicle can have issues
Pls stop, no one cares about your anecdotal experience. Have had and currently have Toyota products, but won’t stop buying something's cool like this. We all understand reliability. To your logic, ppl wouldn’t buy Ferraris, vettes, lambos etc……only an LFA? lol.

@@MicahMuzio I've lived 32 years without seatbelt clips. I'll be fine
Is this a manly flex to now ignore recalls?...
My 2 door Big bend arrives in Februrary 2024. I'm a single 24 year old so it was top pick for me. Thanks for the update!
Early congrats on your Big Bend. Welcome to the Bronco family!
