Just wanted you to know that I save your videos and the videos of one other person I follow here for certain evenings when I know I can relax and enjoy them. I'll be watching this on Monday night!

I'm so sorry you've had an allergy kick up. About 4-5 yrs ago I stated to have bad reactions to more fragrances (esp. florals). I found switching to crafted soaps and using the 7th gen unscented laundry soap have helped me a lot.

Sensitive laundry detergents, and less of them, I've found. You really don't need much for a full load, thankfully. Unless I stink and don't know it? (I mean, T will do that to me anyways.)
Sorry to hear you had a POTS flare-up though. This is why rest is important. Rest is Resistance, as I am learning.

Oh, I wish I could afford to send you some of my handspun yarn, but you say in one of your shorts that you're allergic to wool and I use pure Corriedale. 😭plus... shipping to the USA from the UK is prohibitively expensive. XD I'd have loved to see what you made with it, though!

I've avoided scented laundry detergents since I was a teen because it left me itchy and gave me a headache. My current laundry detergent is All free and clear, and it's worked for me for years.
In regards to your towel technique, you said they get compacted over time, which makes sense. Would a thick silicone mat work the same way as the towel? Or do you think it would grab the fibers too much while being rolled in?
