You can’t just end a video in an ORIGINAL AC Cobra in the F1 tunnel without flooring it 😢
My thoughts exactly
THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL COBRA!
WE KNOW COS ITS NOT CALLED A SHELBY COBRA 427 ITS JUST CALLED AC COBRA
The vibes through the speakers ...epic.........watching a genuine Shelby Competition Cobra driving around Monaco...PRICELESS........thank you Seb !!
Check out Jay Leno's video of a 1965 427 AC Cobra. He is much more knowledgeable.
You guys have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to the cobra
Dude!!! you cut the video just as you start going through the tunnel!!!! You are cruel to not let us hear that.
7:10 lowkey even the filmer's car is impresive
Oh my goodness, this shelby is just perfection. I couldn't resist imagine a few driving scenes with me and my friend in it, on a hot day here in Iceland, heheh. Congratsulations!
Super car blondie knows more than these 2 combined 😂😂😂
What a car😍
Frfrfrfr
A replica cobra 🐍 is my dream car
Johnny looks like Tom Cruise in the Risky Business movie.
4:10 Wow what a ship.
Dr. Bananable Lector
😂literally what i was looking like wtf was the design thinking
@@sacharedding-hoet323 its called the OLIVIA O found it on marine traffic :D
Shame these two guys are clueless
They look like they're 12, so not surprising
I love Cobras but jezz these arse clowns made this hard to watch. I couldn't get through the whole thing and the car is beautiful.
Lol exactly
You beat me to it! A kit to make it wider? Pulease , these bozos are too clueless to even get online to learn the true history of the original "slabside" Cobra and the later development into the 427 machine!
It's a kit car
That's hot 🔥. Moving art !
ive never seen tony hawk in a suit
Wow it looks EPIC
If you drive a cobra you’re hard af!
Oh yeah, was looking for this!
This car has did more than earn its place in history it is well respected around the world even up today it is even still being benchmarked against cars of today and some are supercars wow
Cobra is epic, but what was the camera 'chase' car??
CSX#?
Very cool car, looks like a high end replica. Many of the parts shown in this video are not from 60’s.
Still awesome car .....
My absolute dream car 😍
Coolest car yet! What a beast♠️
The chase car looks like it's having trouble catching up to that cobra beast!
Brutal sound :)
Great one Seb👍
DREAM CAR AND DREAM PLACE
I'm 1:36 in, and this video has me cringing and opening my fly, all at the same time.
The amount of money in Monaco is crazy!!!!
Dream Car right there
Technically there is no such thing as an AC Cobra, it's a Shelby Cobra which was based on an AC Ace then some were shipped to America and that's where Shelby got hold of some of them and dropped in a big engine and flared the arches
Lots of AC Cobras. AC manufactured all Cobras and was the European distributor. Cars that went to Shelby in the USA were called Shelby Cobras; cars that were fully built and sold in Europe - roughly 9% of Cobra production - were AC Cobras.
@@nedscudder8850 cars sold in Europe and the UK were not called Cobras. People might refer to them as that, but they were always actually called an AC 289 Supersports or something else. And the MSO on Shelby cars would disagree that AC manufactures all Cobras. A bodied chassis is not a car, they became cars when Shelby completed them in LA.
@@TresLinguas Sorry, but you're incorrect. The leaf-spring cars were indeed called AC Cobras, even by the manufacturer, AC Cars, and they carried Cobra badges on the nose. Look at period magazines from England. When the coil-spring cars arrived, they called them the AC 289 Sports, just to differentiate them from the leaf-spring AC Cobras. I still have brochures as well as an AC 289 Sports in the garage.
@@nedscudder8850 I’m familiar with who you are and your car. You’re a fortunate man. The story I’m most familiar with is that, as animosity between Shelby and Hurlock grew, Shelby eventually told Hurlock to stop using Cobra badges on their cars. You’re right either way though about leaf sprung AC cars though, I just caught a reference by Shelby himself alluding to the same thing. I read Angliss’ statement of Shelby being the official manufacturer of record too broadly and swept in the COX/COB cars with it.
@@nedscudder8850 I’ll return the favor now in an area that’s in my wheelhouse. AC did not manufacture the Shelby Cobra with the exception of the few that they finished themselves, at least not by American standards. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for decades including at the prototype stage and, in the US, a body and chassis with no driveline is not legally a car, it’s a component. That’s the primary reason why replica manufacturers weren’t generally able to build and sell cars more complete than a rolling chassis until very recently. If the cars were more complete than that they would be forced to comply with myriad standards of every kind in order to be road legal including some people wouldn’t think of like importation regulations regarding assembled cars, etc. The original Cobra was made in simpler times which would have meant that on road legality wouldn’t really have been an issue, but they still wouldn’t have been considered a car without a driveline.
my father owns a 289 fia replica, and yeah it's so fun to drive
Original road going Cobras never had side pipes, not original.
lookis like power assisted steering?
Magic👌👑 Max V.🚗 should buy this one and sell his Pista😬😉
what motor does it have
The police in monaco love people reving loud cars. It gives them an excuse to tow the car, then make you empty you bank to get it back.
A little more knowledge about the car, history, CSX #, on your part would have made this a great video.
Super cringe with these guy‘s. Anyway, beautiful car
pretty sure this is a replica of CSX2484 that has been making the rounds in Europe, but the original CSX2484 is alive and well in the U.S.
Yup it’s a replica
Still sweet.
BTW the steering wheel isn’t correct either.
Lol
Why u holding the gearstick so hard like it's gonna run away
You can see why so many were destroyed in crashes, need experience to drive one safely
Amazing Seb. ✔✅🎆
I stand corrected as this may be the reconstructed car.
Current owner may have imported to Monaco.
Looks like CSX2484
The best british American car
Its a 289 Cobra in FIA trim. Don't like the way he's lugging the motor going up that hill. Must be his latest toy !!
Was wondering, the 427 has the cranked forward gearstick right ?, stunning car but video could have been so much better, showing engine, carbs etc.
A dream car.
Saw a Micra convertible!
You've got to hope they've put the handbrake on because that hose pipe aint gonna stop it going of the wall.
good job handbrake is working!
8:40 first gearshift
looks like the cable for the tach or speedometer is loose, the needle keeps jumping around. I don't think this is an original car, a later replica.
I bought a『 baby cobra 』this time. We are waiting for delivery.
These 2 young chaps make Americans their age look like cavemen as far as maturity and being so civilized. That’s coming from an American who did my last few years of high school in Sweden and Denmark. If American kids their age had this car for a drive they’d probably break it doing burnouts lol
What a fab car.
Dans Le Mans le film Matt Damon conduit une 289 pas une 427
What is this girl's night out??? Hahahah
The car behind you at 6:28 looks cool 😎
It’s cool but the cobra is WAY cooler 🐍
Excellent
10:22 best sound
Dream car!
YAWN 🥱
I think the car has a problem, it's twitching. It has dips in traction. it should not do this when overclocking slowly
A million so its real?
Cough “replica” cough
Uk sell for £60,000
Same car Monaco £1,000,000
Nice car tho
Gorgeous!!! The Playboy life... too bad you can’t get out of second gear in Monaco! 😉🤑
is this before or after the covid19?
who cares
The best of UK and USA
6:05 what is the name of this beast driving behind you 🔥🔥🔥
It's a Vandehall- Vanderhall Motor Works is an American vehicle manufacturer based in Provo, Utah. It manufactures hand-made three-wheeled autocycles designed for sports driving, touring, commuting and city driving. By the way, they are great.
@@BobH809 thanks bro👍
An absolutely fantastic car.... Who owns it ?...
The original Shelby Cobras were equipped with three engines, Ford V8,. the 260 c.i., the 289 c.i. and finnaly the 427 c.i. early with gearsboxes with only four gears. I regret, but for me, this is not a original Shelby Cobra, maybe a replica and not a very good one. Thank you.
it's air car, real csx2484 located in USA
stunning
LOVE
I think lewis hamilton ownes one.
Seriously this guy just compared it to a liberty walk kit???? Children have no clue what they are comparing
Titles the video, the loudest car in Monaco and doesn’t even show the cold start up! 🤦♂️
Surprised the CSX number wasn't mentioned. 🤔
probably because it doesn't have one ;-)
Definitely a replica, not original Cobra. Clearly has power steering.
Get your hand off the gear stick when you're not changing gear, Jesus !!
yep, rebuild your gearbox in a couple of months
Yep, pet hate of mine, also holding the wheel at two o-clock with his left hand too, like a gangsta, very poor form, no way to drive a vintage Cobra.
Aye big dawg, this car ain’t worth that much.
I question if these guys really know the car, they did not talk about the engine specs. Is this Cobra actually original as they claim?
They could not talk about it 'cos they do not know about it!
Back when american sports cars looked sporty and classy
Its cos it used an english chasis
@@LogieT2K And body from the AC Ace, later further developed by Shelby and Ford into what we see here, the 427 SC.
@@stewartw.9151 exactly, AC had the Aceca and the beautiful AC ACE so the cobra is just beautiful to look at. Then the great shelby stuck a proper engine in it.
Just like the lLola became the GT40
I was waiting for a tunnel blast... :(
So good to see a pair of young men enjoying a classic old car with no modern niceties and not mentioning the fact it doesn't have any tech on board.
❤️🔥
Shelby Cobra..... 🤦♂️😈
Those Russians!
That car doesn't like the way it's being driven, it's flooding and making the engine splutter.
Respect that car or it will bite you
Monaco is not a place for a car like this.
Trust fund babies
🖤
a REAL AC cobra is 100% right hand drive, what your driving is a shelby cobra
✔️
The boat in the background is cooler than the car
Frank Brenner except it's not
silver spooners
23 year old multi millionaire ?
his suit looks hella cheap compared to the car
CSX2484 (rebirth in Europe)
Not recognized as the real 2484 which is now a McCluskey reconstruct after being totaled and revived.
According to registry this car may be real and/or recognized as the real 2484.
A nice replica YES
The real CSX2485 nope 👎
A tribute = Yes
How does this have less views than a @vehiclevirgins video
