It was double dash's sherbet land intro, not undertale. But i do hear the similarity, i thought of sherbet land when hearing the hopes and rainbows mashup. Thats how similar they are.
This was my second favourite course. Just the beauty of the sunset and just how fun it was to drive through the building onto a ramp for a shortcut. My favourite course was mushroom gorge because I broke the world record on it for a week or two. :D
