    Joshua, I think I saw some tulip envy coming from the two men competing with you up the line! LOL! It's so nice to see families and community coming together to recognize and celebrate the blacksmithing tradition. Leave it to the Welsh to recognize and remember what is truly important. Congratulations on taking 2nd place too!

    Wow! 1.5 hours and you created that? It would take me that long just to punch a hole in a piece of flat stock! Heh. Really beautiful work and congrats on placing 2nd!

      Thanks! the shows are great if you have them in the states, good to gage whats achievable and how its done. do you go to ABANA?

      Joshua De Lisle - I wish I could. The nearest chapter is a few hours away at best. Tough to carve out that much time with work and family. It's hard enough to find the time to play in the shop as it is.

      Joshua De Lisle - Yes. Luckily I have a very supportive wife that insisted I take time off and attend the class.

      What do you think? I need better editing software, ive reach my limits with windows movie maker I think.....

    • @BM-yy8db
      @BM-yy8db 7 лет назад

      Joshua De Lisle my critique for the video quality would be that it seems a bit oversaturated, and is there a bit of auto stabilisation going with the moving shots? Got a bit seasick :p
      Content-wise however it was great as always 👍

    • @joshuadelisle

      I would agree, before it was blue and very shakey and this was a good as I could make it with what I've got, investing in better software I think!! Thanks Benjamin!

    • @BM-yy8db
      @BM-yy8db 7 лет назад +1

      Joshua De Lisle No problem, but, isn't it the hardware at fault? The shakyness and blue-ness sounds like something your camera might do rather than software. (But hey what do I know, I'm no expert)
      As for software, Adobe Premiere seems like a good option.

    • @joshuadelisle
      @joshuadelisle  7 лет назад

      It maybe both or I could just not be very good at.... Premier look expensive certainly in the long run as it is a pay monthly, would love an apple note and final cut pro, but your talking £1500....
