Bangers and mash with bacon onion jam

Bangers and mash with bacon onion jam and asparagus.
Garlic mash starts with garlic infused butter
Chop 6-8 cloves of garlic
1 stick of Butter
Cook down on low for 2-3 hours until garlic is golden and crispy.
Add to mashed potatoes with some salt and black pepper (finish with cheddar or Parmesan cheese if desired)
Bangers
Hard sear on medium high heat and finish with beer of choice I choose Guinness
