Ten Day Forecast: Models Wobbling On Warm & Dry Start To August?

Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video update. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to 30th July - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended GFS and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks) We'll have a look at CFS V2 for the next four weeks, getting us to the middle of August, at the end of the video.
The weekend will quickly cooling things down with winds turning back into the west. Next week looks "flat as a pancake" with westerly winds continuing and these westerly winds are likely to persist to months end, so a rather changeable end to July 2024. Could the start of August deliver a change? Todays model output seems to be "wobbling" on a chance of a warm and dry start to August...

Please don't wobble we go away 2nd week of August to Cumbria. Wet part of the country so could do with a dry week 😂 I'm so glad you're so cheery Gav otherwise I don't think I could watch 😅
