Hi! I’m Valeria - a writer, content creator, and the visionary behind Dramatically Expatic. With a background in TV, where I hosted my own program (think a bit more formal than my current RUclips adventures), I now thrive on the dynamic and creative freedom of the web. As an expat in Italy for eight years and counting, I hold a BA in Theatre and Film Studies and an MSc in Media Organisation from the University of Bologna. I have always had a huge passion for discovering new places, having traveled all around the world since I was a child, so there were no second thoughts when searching for my niche. Hello!! Thank you so much for your videos! Nowadays I'm trying to find a student accommodation in Padua, and honestly I might be going a little bit insane >_< But seeing the notification for this video felt so timely that it made me smile. ^u^
Your videos have kept me motivated through the entire admission test prep and also the tedious visa process. And the cinematography feels so soothing and smooth and your videos really make me want to travel to all the beautiful little town and also the big cities that you introduce us to through your videos. Thank you so much!! Lots of love to you and your team!!

Hi Valeria. This video was helpful as I plan on visiting Bologna in a couple of weeks. I live in the south and want to explore other cities in which to live and Bologna is at the top of my list. I’m not a student but I do teach English part time. I would prefer to live in the center and am wondering if you’ve heard of older adults sharing an apartment. If so, is there an agency that might specialize in that? I appreciate any help and have enjoyed your videos for a while now. Thanks so much e buona giornata!

I've just discovered that Bologna has also a wonderful and old geopaleontological museum, the Capellini Museum.
I've just discovered it from a recent ZooSparkle's video.

There are several, but the spaces are very limited and you have to meet certain eligibility criteria to apply for a place

Do you think Bologna has too many young people for a 35 year old?

Not at all! There are people of all ages here and 35 is still young, no? 😃
