They're both gals... The girl in the pictures is Ocasoo, she's a Chinese girl that dresses up as gal, but in China the concept of gal is, not different, but adjusted to Chinese standards. The same way in the west a gal is usually just kogal, yamanba and ganguro, in China they usually do himegal, Shirogal and agejo. So the big difference is that. Different country, different perspective of the looks
