Ingredients for Murgh Chanay❗️
For Soaking Chickpeas:
•1/2 kg Chickpeas
•1 tbsp Soda
•Water as required
For Boiling Chickpeas:
•Soaked Chickpeas
•1.5 litres Lukewarm Water
•2 Black Cardamom
•4 Cloves
•2 Cinnamon
•1 tsp Salt
For Chicken Chickpea:
•1-1/2 cup Oil
•2 Bay Leaves
•2 Onions (medium-sized)
•2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
•5 Cardamom
•3 Cinnamon
•4 Cloves
•1.5 kg Chicken
•1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
•1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
•1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
•1 tbsp Coriander Powder
•1 tsp Cumin
•1 tbsp Whole Spice Mix
•3 Tomatoes Paste
•1 tbsp Salt
•5-6 Green Chillies
•Boiled Chickpeas
•Reserved Chickpeas Stock/Water (3-4 Glass)
•1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
