I love how you drill a hole in your printer while its printing.

Always deburr holes!! Especially when you want to put cables through the hole. Your machine is moving and the burr is like a sharp knife to the cables. Sooner or later you will have a short circuit.

It's easier to mount a wire brush onto the bed so it's next (in my case, in front of) to the printing surface and let the print head move a cross it a couple of times with a macro.

Nice video! I've seen people put lights right by the hot end. It would be really hard, but it would be really cool

      Thanks!
The thing is there are light on the print head, its just one neopixel, its more useful for indication, not for lighting. Should have look more in to neopixels, it was taking to long.

Great video & ideas. How about the code / instructions to duplicate your nozzle cleaner. It is so cool & awesome.

Hi i tryed your duct and It is really good but i have some suggestion to make It even Better, but i do not have the ability to do them. What i think Will male the duct Better Is having the Two air tube parallel(so the air Will be squished Better to the nozzle) end the second suggestion Is to have a 10 degrees angle for the Two tubes (as in the voron community Is well known that having the flow parallel to the Bed will have mettere bridging result the perfect angle Is 10).
Hope to see an updated version, or of i study fusion enough to make It by my self and than share

Thanks for the suggestions! I spend way too long optimizing the design. Hope to see your take on this duct.

Putting the light behind the part causes a hot spot for your eyes and makes them adapt to the brighter light. I am not sure what the best solution would be. A set of LED on the hot end itself maybe.
