I started learning finish carpentry @ 12 yo, that means over 40 years of experience now. But you, you are something else my friend, i'm feel sorry for the situation of your country, i only hope you are still alive and be able to continue your trade because your talent is amazing.
I wish you a safe & uneventful journey to visit your friend's family & your other family. May your visit be pleasant, with a safe return home. Family & friends are important & your kids need to have good memories of them. Godspeed & may God bless you & yours in these uncertain times.

What you build is many times more beautiful and valuable than the cheap, wobbly stuff you can buy in many furniture stores. You can really only find so much attention to detail in pieces of furniture that have been made with love, from solid wood and by hand. I admire people who can do that.
