This song is my childhood. Both of my parents played WoW, I was raised in a Gamer Family. When we had a long car drive anywhere, like when we visited family or went to an amusement park, we always listened to this one CD. And Song number 8 & 9 where this song and Fireflies. God damn it its all so nostalgic, I'm gettin emotional. Thanks to The Guild for bringing this wonderful Song on RUclips. You keep my memories alive.

When The Guild was first coming out, me and my friends were into WoW, and we had a great laugh because we were in a guild where we could literally name off people that we knew online that were represented in the webseries. There was a Tink and a Clara. We even joked about how similar Vork was to our guild leader. This show always makes me nostalgic and makes me wonder what my old guildmates have been up to.
11 years later and this song still rocks. Plus, Amy Okuda deserves major props for her work: the rest of the cast basically gets to goof off during the song, but she had to learn actual choreography and dance throughout the whole video. Way to go, Tinkerballa!
And she's doing a bang job at that!
I think she was a dance major and came up with the choreography herself if I recall.
No question Amy's absolutely killing it here. I seem to recall reading that she started dancing at age seven, so she's certainly put in the work to get that good.

I still look this up from time to time. I bought a copy of the tune back in the day too! The whole show has aged well and is just as funny as ever!

@@yummychips_ brah...this came out at the height of mmo hype. WoW had 12 million subscribers, the most ever. WoW had commercials on regular TV. WoW was a part of the zeitgeist with Leroy Jenkins, South Park and Mr.T. this was the heyday of mmo's.
The sad reality is Hollywood doesn't understand that THIS is something that really goes well with most of us. Hopefully someone would do this though, I really miss the show and my only issue with it is that it was too short (because I loved it so much I wanted more).
I don't know how this pop'd up on my feed again, but I love that it did. 15yrs later, it still bops. Time for a rewatch!

Yeah it sucks i was never once able to get into an mmo, or any kind of guild, most people around me when i was growing up played single player games like pokemon or yugioh cards, then moved to multiplayer sandbox games like minecraft, and i personally grew up with valve games so no mmo there, but i was very involved in tf2 trading, looking back trading in tf2 almost felt like trading in rune scape and other mmos
Try being in an MMO in the late '90s/early '00s. The games hold your hand like a toddler compared to what Everquest and Dark Age of Camelot did. There was so much grinding and guess work! Not sure how we survived back then, but we did. I guess the cost/reward ratio was better than we thought.

So many memories from Highschool! I’m 30 now, I remember our cable was cut off but not our internet so I would watch the guild because it was free! That’s how I discovered it!
This was way back when you could only use RUclips on the computer, not the XBOX yet! I would game on my computer and XBOX and watch the Guild!
And every year in Highschool a new season of the Guild would come out if I remember correctly!

@@monahumada7535 Look on Netflix - I saw it on there not too long ago. You have to look it up on there. Also, they did have the full series many years ago here on youtube. It's well worth a watch, especially if you play world of warcraft.

This show is as funny 10 plus years later for me and I'm glad I started watching it again. I did find it on Netflix and not RUclips.

I read that she wanted to be a dancer early on but her agent suggested she try acting. She was clearly successful and has been acting since The Guild, but seeing her dance in this video and the Guild Bollywood one brought me so much happiness!

There aren't nearly as many dislikes as I expected.
To be honest, the song is pretty catchy and actually better than many actual pop songs.
