I was a bit surprised with the size compared to the size. Seemed pricy to me. There are so many options here. One thing I like about this town is there's something for everyone. Thanks for watching.
@weretiredtothailand2024 I'm sure there is quite a wide range. Seems the homes may be a better bargain. Will have to check both if we decide to do something long term there. Thanks again.
I'm not sure what the minimum length of renting is at this complex. Would have to contact them. Sorry wish I had the info for you. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the tour. Where does this condo fit on the Hua Hin price spectrum - high-mid-low end? I prefer more space but at $200+/sq foot would probably need to locate farther from the beach.
I think these condos are a bit on the higher priced range. Being a block or two from the beach and in the heart of town might be the reason. Prices do get lower when you go a bit out of town and away from the beach. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for The tour!

Nice looking place. We enjoyed the tour. 👍🏼
@@Cultured_Barbarian Thank you. There are so many condos here in town. Lower end all the way to very high end ones.

@ReallyStrongGuy There's lots of living options here for sure.
@weretiredtothailand2024 That's always great news. Still have a lil housing scarcity trauma. Thanks again for the on the ground info
Nice looking place looking to rent for a month next July

Can I buy two apartments and put them together?
I don't know. The models I saw didn't have connecting doors. There's no way any walls could be torn down.
