Love it ! Always something happening in Hua Hin :) I was able to pick up some Singha from Total Wine and More here in St. Louis, Missouri area ! All that great food ! My investments and asset appreciations are doing great so about 4 years and I am off to explore Thailand. I am working a huge project proposal right now for One Beverly Hills Hilton new complex in LA and if awarded I will work that till 2029 and once completed, I will end my career on a high note :) Hope all is well dude, Great Video !

What a great festival, although i have to admit i got a little bit envious with all the good food 😀 I am thinking about leaving europe and go to Thailand, so videos like this help a lot to check out some locations from the distance. Thanks for sharing this!

Do they have catalog paper of stuff they sell or you have application on Android to check all the stuff with reduce prices or 3 packs of an item, how they advertize ?
@@THAIPARADISE I've never seen an advertisement for any of the grocery stores including sale items or multi pack sales. Now I'll keep an eye out to see if there is any.
Have you asked if there is a communal pool
@@THAIPARADISE This housing complex does not have a community pool or rec room. Many do though so you have to check with each one. The housing complex we live in has a community pool that you pay monthly association fee for.

Can you Uber to Downtown and then walk in? I do this in San Diego when I visit my son David.
Yes they have Grab here. It's the Uber in this part of the World. We can also park away and take a tuk tuk ride. There's always a way. Coming from the US where there's always parking it's something to get used to.
What would you compare Chang beer to that I might be familiar with?

@@BK-57. I am very simple when it comes to equipment. I use a GoPro to shoot video. I edit on my Samsung Android phone with Kinemaster. No laptop or tablet used. Nothing fancy. I keep it simple. Thank you so much for watching.

Thanks for taking us along on your walk. Very good. Most visitors focus on the 'main' beach by the Hilton/downtown. This one seems much nicer & larger and I've been curious about it. I'll see for myself when I retire there (Hua Hin), mid February. Perhaps I'll run into you. Cheers
This beach is very different than the main Hua Hin beach in the Hilton area. It's a great place to hang out for the day. There seems to be something for everyone at Khao Takiab beach. Retiring in February is coming fast. Good luck on your move and retirement here. We love it. Thank you for watching.

Excellent video as usual, thanks for sharing. I found it striking that the vast majority of beachgoers seemed to be (or appeared to be) non-Asian and at least 65+. Is that area a magnet for foreign retirees?
@@Leonardo-cq4zd Yes I noticed that most people there were older foreigners that spend lots of time in the Sun. The ones I heard talking and saying hi to me yes Germans. I think it's a vacation destination as there's Beach resorts and many condos in that area. Everyone seemed to love it there. Thanks so much for watching. Happy New Year

@donleslie3402 It's pretty's quiet right now. Starting to get a little busier at times on weekends. We just moved here go July so we haven't been here at "High" season to see how busy it really gets.

Thanks for sharing. Great location with the mountain views nearby. But the house layout reminds me of developers that sketch out the exterior design they are looking for first, then try to make the interior spaces fit, rather than decide what you want inside the house, then designing exterior around your interior function.
@@MoreFormosa I've found Thai style houses are different than the homes back in the USA I'm used to. They tend to be smaller and different layouts. There's so many home options here in Thailand. Something for everyone. Thanks so much for watching.

@@markridgewell1841 Hello neighbor. We're close. We live just a few miles from there. The car wash does a great job. Takes a bit of time but thorough. Berlin's is good also.
The second property for 7.5 has been for sale for a long time. I think the external access to bedroom has most likely put a lot of people off. I see they are also extending the living room area. That was previously the car port. It was for sale for considerably cheaper, however im guessing they are hoping the extension is going to justify the higher price.

Great footage and spectacular views. I am always wary of the monkeys after being told that some are trained to snatch and grab and return to their trainers/owners. I thought you may have sent your drone up but then I noticed how windy it was perhaps a kite would have been better :P
The monkeys were fine. Only around the parking area. I took my drone with me but was too windy. Maybe next time. It was a great place to visit. Thanks so much for watching.

No. It's a shirt I bought in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They have a volunteer fire dept that needs funding so they have a gift shop at the fire dept and all sales go to support them. So over the many years of vacationing there I've bought several of them. Thanks for watching.

@weretiredtothailand2024 It's a process of "compounding interest", no pun intended. More interest = more views and subs. The more you get of those, the more exposure YT gives you, which gets you more interest, views and subs😁 I re-read my orig comment. It was not correctly written. Possibly sounded a bit weird. Sorry. My wife said Jayme has very nice features, so less makeup is better. She loved the dried fruit, hats and mostly the animals in the other parts of the video so was talking about us being there soon👍🏽

Great little place indeed. I have been washing my cars there for a few years when they just had a small coffee shop for people to sit and wait. Now of course you can have a tasty lunch instead

Are you familiar with Thai style homes? All these are common in Thai homes. Even many hotels are this style. Not for everyone but it's all classic Thai.
