This bike looks great but I still can’t find a good amount of customer feedback on it. I have a question regarding the battery: is it proprietary or you can just substitute it with any 48V/17.5Ah if needed? I can’t really tell because of the unusual way it lodges in the slot. Thanks!
They advertised before holidays that it came with accesory battery free. Part # and everything. On receipt! Makes me think I'm getting standard battery and an extra one. Nope! One only. Pawning off as you'd typically have to buy the first battery separately when it clearly always comes with the bike standard. A month later. No extra battery received... Bait and switch advertising. Shady company. Hope it doesn't break
Great Bike, I lost mine in the Ocean. I accidently rode it off the cliff in La Jolla when trying to adjust my Apple Watch. The breaks don't work that good in Coastal Fog, light drizzle.

They are trying to pawn off as the standard battery that always comes with! It always ships with one. This one was listed separately with the accesory part #. Never ever do you have to buy the battery separate to complete the bike. Bottom line. Stay away. Bait and switch! Hope the bike doesn't break!

Video way to short had to go back over 20 times also mine already had the kick stand on when it came and I’m missing 4 nuts but I have all the bolts

Don't waste your money, been charging this piece of crap for 2 days and still no power, will be returning it
