These fan reviews are an awesome Idea. I Love it... its giving a chance to those of us who love your channel Dave to give back in a way of appreciation for your hard work and entertainment over the years. I love, love, love love it!
Ryan - Great review! I'm about to purchase an X3 very soon and I'm deciding between the 28i and the 35i. What actual mileage do you receive with your 35? Thanks in advance!
If I try really hard I can squeeze out 26/27/28 on the highway, which is right in line with EPA estimates. In the city I get closer to 16/17/18. I tend to spool up the turbo quite a lot when pulling away from a stop. I have driven both the 28i and 35i, and the 35i in the X5. To me, they are both nice and have their own feel. Driving around town the 28i feels a little lighter on its feet, but once you load it up with cargo or people it can feel a little bogged down and the exhaust note is not as thrilling as the straight 6. You can load up the 35i and still feel like the car isn't working that hard and you have plenty of extra power under your foot, yet. I highly recommend the Dynamic Handling Package, regardless of the engine you choose, it's going to provide a more premium ride.
In short, I went with this X3 because it had the commanding driving position of an SUV and the performance and handling of a sedan. I've been through snow, sleet, and rain and it handles all with ease and instills a lot of driver confidence. The dynamic dampers make a big difference and greatly reduce body roll in turns and nose dive/squats when braking or accelerating. You'll need the M Sport Package and the Dynamic Handling Package to take full advantage of those dampers. I feel the Porsche Macan provides a slightly better driving experience, but it wasn't as practical for me and also had a higher sticker price.
how do you switch between cameras ? ( except pushing the big button in reverse mode) are the headlight cleaner part of your version? do they exit the bumper to clean headlights? i cannot find the way to put wipers vertical even after 3 secs passing the "hard" point of the lever
found some " -camera 360 : park assist button -wipper vertical : push up , and not down the lever like the youtube videos -headlight cleaner : I dont have the option it seems , but I have the stuf on my bumper
kennyj204 I understand where you're coming from. At times I feel like I paid for more than I need in order to get a few keys features. I've had the X3 for just a little over 9 months now and I'm still discovering new features and ways to configure it.
@@everymandriver and there you have it , its down to name calling is it? Wow. Why not just directly address the content of my first comment instead of stooping to such a low level.

It has a 90s weather channel vibe which I have fond childhood memories of 👍
Good coverage of features, but I'd like to see driving impressions.
This is really nice job! Especially considering the fact that was Ryan's first video.
I also like the idea of Fan Videos.
Boring
Good job Ryan. Thanks for the 0-60 info!
Thank you friend. God bless you 🖐😎
have you driven the m40i x3? wondering your thoughts comparing the two

Thank you!
Good review from fan. :)
Thank you Shay, it's my first video.
Well done. I have a 2017 X3 35i.
Great job Ryan!
I asked my wife to watch this. She asked if you went to clown school.
Nice but what's your opinion on how it drives?

Nice job Ryan. We just got the same car in white.

Nice video 👍
When did they start doing fan review?
Great video Ryan! Nice vehicle but I prefer a more basic vehicle without all the fancy options.

how does it perform in snow?
KeymanJacob it's been real great in the snow. I run Bridgestone Blizzak LM-32 winter tires on it during the colder months.
Looks nice but I rather buy a Toyota Land cruiser.
2 totally different vehicles

A real boring and monotone review
Could this be any more boring? Did you drive it? No. Not a review more like a commercial.
It would be more boring if you reviewed it LOL
And there it is, the reason you have so few subscribers, a boring comeback.
@@koolblue2 you’re so right. What’s your channel name? We’d love to see what you’ve done!
