I don t know why you guys in uk think that disco sport is in competition with bmw x3 ;) competition for x3 is mercedes glc , audi q5 ... Disco is in competition with mazda cx5, honda crv ,tucson and sportage ...
The old one is a way better deal, you get as new used cars very low priced. The new one isnt that much «better» because BMW is now marketing full on the new x5 the new audi killer:) Warrning forget the the 20 do get the 30 with ad suspension and auto trans!
Heck better than Audi and Merc Heck beats the Nissan. Beats em all. More pretty too the BMW X3 2016/17 it’s nicer than the new 2018 style. New 2018 has some nice interior lights and nice leather. Still the X3 2016/17 stacks up Aces ✅✅✅✅✅
noticed the tires up close are 275 /40 19's... my gosh... no wonder there's road noise. Iirc, the M-sport version of a couple years back didn't have such wide and low profile tires--instead had 45 series. Also, that body looks like M-sport line even though the X-line logos/imprints are on the seats.
Deals are available on these. They won’t be on the new one. I picked up on of the final build 35i’s last month for less than I was paying for my 3 year old 335GT.
Because the F25 platform has been iterated over for 8 years. Buyers of the 2018 will be the "lab rats" for the refinement of the new G01 platform, and B58 engine, and other new bugs in the next few years...
My experience: Bought a 2007 X3 2.0d (M47 150 ps) at 50.000 km at the BMW Dealer, at german market prices (not a discounted trashcan). 70.000 km - clutch plate was gone - entire clutch kit replaced 80.000 km - turbo failure - replaced turbo 100.000 km - transfer case failure - replaced transfer case 120.000 km - guess what - timing chain failure will never touch bmw again.
BMW: hey we have a lot of 2012 X3's that we haven't sold, what do we do? - I know, just put some updated bumpers to it and call it the 2017 model - Brilliant they will never know.
Hi Rebecca I like your reviews and you come across with a polished presentation. Bonus you are very attractive too! I have an X5 and pleased with especially on long journeys it can be a little thirsty on fuel when just daily commuting. I have the m sport 30d.
I bought a Dealer Certified pre owned with bit over 20k '17 X3 a few years ago. Later after getting a flat tire code and see no flat and take to my tire guy only to find "no spare...sorry"...so you have to buy the hi dolla flat free replacements. I bought normal tires anyway and saved money...but have to live with NO SPARE. :-(
She’s forgiven to think that is the 2018 BMW X3 .. as the new “current” and the “all new” 2018 BMW X3 look identical .. not only her I came here wondering .. is that the (all new) or the (all in all new) X3 in the thumbnail 😂
Komor Uddin .. My thoughts too.. Jeep are true SUV's and the latest GC and Compass show what can be done, as do Volvo. All the rest are merely urban Yummy Mummy cruisers.
Komor Uddin your wrong. Custom inbuilt screen. It has all the tech modern just doesn’t bling it with chrome fan vents. Bmw is classy not tacky like the others.
I do t like the X3 but watched the whole of this video for some reason. Oh come on who else came here for the tight jeans and long boots??? 5:55 for the shot the day
Neither the BMW or Audi is an 'SUV', it's merely a play on words. No all they are is urban Yummy Mummy cruisers for people with no style or individuality. Jeep and Volvo are the best SUV brands now that LR only make urban vehicles.
Jeep? Really? I know the Jeeps are just as 'urban' and guilty as being 'Yummy Mummy cruisers' as BMW, Audi and Land Rover. I don't think any of the Jeep line up sees more green lanes or mud than any other SUVs . You're right that the term 'SUV is a play on words; its clever marketing ploy that denotes an ability to cross any mountain and ford any stream but in reality all of these cars including Jeeps, they are all bought by people who (99.5% of the time) like a commanding driving position and space for Tommy, Shanice and baby Fudd, and the ability to store all their crap on a big shopping trip. No one buys a £35k+ car to spank it round a off-road track, are you mad! I mean just google 'Off-roading in' and choose any country you lie and you will not see a car that orginally cost more than £20k, for good reason what you will see are Land Rover Defenders Mercedes G-Wagens and Toyota Land Cruisers also some old Jeep Wranglers but no Evokes, No Grand Cherokees, no Q7...why because they are all too namby and not built for it anymore , sure they can do it if called to the same way that Kim Kardashian could compete in a Marathon but that's not want she known or made for. If you look at the advertising for these cars they all seem to allude to 'hardcore off-roading' but they are always, hill adjacent, the roads they are pictured on peculiarly...flat, why is that? Is it because the manaufactures know that its more of the ideal than the reality? maybe. Now I will agree that BMWs, Audis, Volvo, Mercs and Range Rovers (don't get me started about how they have sold their soul to the glittery thong of celebrity whoredom) have turned their attentions to the 'Yummy Mummy Cruiser' market but that is only because of people like you, me and Mr and Mrs Johnny-snots have forced their hands. Take range Rover their truest of-roader has stopped being built because no one was buying it, Nissan hardly heralds the new Patrol anymore cause no mucker wants one, Toyota (who by the by make the best off-roader there is) never gives a big stink about the Hilux or Land Cruiser because yup the are not pretty and no one is interested, so they push the Rav or whatever crossover everyone wets their collective knickers over. But all of these manufactures know (including Jeep) that men and women boys and girls will buy their cars based not if it can go over a bumpy track but more if it can make them look safe on the road. Most SUVs will not see the kind of dirt or track whereby the going gets sticky.
Very fuddy duddy looks..tall glass area and tacky body kit. And it's not an SUV, it's not a Jeep. I cannot honestly see why anyone would buy one of these.
george mcray You obviously don’t know what SUVs typically are...they’re not meant to be hardcore off-roaders. And why do you even watch this if you can’t stand urban yummy mummy cars? (Troll)
Pixie Pusteblume he works at a franchised Jeep dealership that has acquired a few too many diesel 2012 reg XC90s through part-exchange that they cannot shift.
Just my opinion but i really dont think BMW, AUDI or any manufacturer without proven pedigree should make SUVs. They are all horrible brand exercises that stink of ostentatiousness and first class twattery...but y'know what do I know.
I don t know why you guys in uk think that disco sport is in competition with bmw x3 ;) competition for x3 is mercedes glc , audi q5 ... Disco is in competition with mazda cx5, honda crv ,tucson and sportage ...
Im so happy that the new 2018 X3 will come out, so i can buy one of these older models cheaper
Just got a 2017 X3 M Sport. Its amazing. Totally worth keeping for years to come
Why review the old version while the new has just been launched??? Weird !
Now all the people shopping used older models know what's what.
The old one is a way better deal, you get as new used cars very low priced. The new one isnt that much «better» because BMW is now marketing full on the new x5 the new audi killer:) Warrning forget the the 20 do get the 30 with ad suspension and auto trans!
Far too many essential items on the options list. My CRV has them as standard!
‘Secret storage compartments?’.....not now you’ve told everyone! 😂😂
Fr 🤣
Very Pretty.......besides that the car isn’t too bad as well
A very good car. I had xDrive 35i, facelift, M package. Diesel, unfortunately, was not sold in my country. Very good review😉
Well i really enjoyed your review. Worth my time. You were covered all aspects. Good review. Thanks
Heck better than Audi and Merc
Heck beats the Nissan. Beats em all. More pretty too the BMW X3 2016/17 it’s nicer than the new 2018 style. New 2018 has some nice interior lights and nice leather. Still the X3 2016/17 stacks up Aces ✅✅✅✅✅

New one is due out soon why bother with this older version?
I agree - this is a total waste of a car review - wait for the 2018 X3... Ridiculous!
Maybe someone is looking to buy this model as a used car and wants to know how it drives, just a thought
Deals are available on these. They won’t be on the new one. I picked up on of the final build 35i’s last month for less than I was paying for my 3 year old 335GT.

Chris Lee what are you even on about? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fantastic detailed review and practical demonstrations of use. Well done!
My experience:
Bought a 2007 X3 2.0d (M47 150 ps) at 50.000 km at the BMW Dealer, at
german market prices (not a discounted trashcan).

will never touch bmw again.
What do you expect when you buy a second hand car that old?
Should the green light on always?
BMW: hey we have a lot of 2012 X3's that we haven't sold, what do we do? - I know, just put some updated bumpers to it and call it the 2017 model - Brilliant they will never know.
Cool Maniac
There aren’t any left to sell mate! They’re all gone now! Bring on the new model, which is available to order now 😉
A back seat recline would be nice.but 7 seats are not good you lose too much cargo space.
Soon to be replaced by a New Model next year with Improved tech
Hi Rebecca I like your reviews and you come across with a polished presentation. Bonus you are very attractive too!
I have an X5 and pleased with especially on long journeys it can be a little thirsty on fuel when just daily commuting. I have the m sport 30d.
Yeah, well...the old one.
We know how to pair our phones....please stop.
Why did you review the old one and say was it was the new one
I bought a Dealer Certified pre owned with bit over 20k '17 X3 a few years ago. Later after getting a flat tire code and see no flat and take to my tire guy only to find "no spare...sorry"...so you have to buy the hi dolla flat free replacements. yes bmws dont have spare tires, they have run flats. thats common knowledge, how do you buy one without knowing😂
Thanks for the video. It Is a great car even in 2019.
No one can change the car every year..ahahah
Hi same space and floor mats can fit 2009 X3?
Wow 275 section rear tyres. That's a bit overkill for an SUV.
Not a big difference from the old X3... Same dull thing... Just watched the video because it was Rebecca's review ;) ;) ;)
The 2017 is still the old x3. The 2018 is the refreshed model, out soon.
Because it's exactly that, the old X3. This model hasn't rolled out of a BMW factory for months !
Luis Sampaio same just watched for Rebecca
U simpin?
rear pillars are thick.
She’s forgiven to think that is the 2018 BMW X3 .. as the new “current” and the “all new” 2018 BMW X3 look identical .. not only her I came here wondering .. is that the (all new) or the (all in all new) X3 in the thumbnail 😂
What about the petrol engines???
The old X3 didn't come with petrol engines in the UK, only diesel. This is a UK review.
The new x3 comes with petrol engines in the UK.
I own this car bought it for 14k usd I could sell it for 25k right now lol 29k miles
BMW has lost it, only the X5 and maybe series 3/4 are class leading. They used to be better than Audi and Mercedes-Benz.
Overall a good car but it is outdated and not worth to pay new price for it.
looks like shorter 'wonder woman' reviewing the bmw
Nissan quaskai is by far not a competitor to the x3. It competes with the x1
Wow! Standard alloy wheels.......I'm in 🙄
Direct competitor.. Volvo XC60. BMW's somehow was able to succeed to have their lineups look very dated.
Wtf? Even old Q5 was better then this old X3. What happened to you ?
It looks very dated inside and out
Komor Uddin .. My thoughts too.. Jeep are true SUV's and the latest GC and Compass show what can be done, as do Volvo. All the rest are merely urban Yummy Mummy cruisers.
That's because for some inexplicable reason they've decided to test the outgoing model and not the new version which is already available to order.
It's the outgoing model so obviously it's dated. look at the new version and it shits on the interior of any silly jeep or other rubbish US "cars".
Fair enough. But why upload this?
Komor Uddin your wrong. Custom inbuilt screen. It has all the tech modern just doesn’t bling it with chrome fan vents. Bmw is classy not tacky like the others.
i prefer the x5
rscosworthfan who doesn't? Idiot, you buy this if you cant afford the X5
those boots...
why do you review an old x3????
From Gary in the US Rebecca you are stupendously beautiful and intelligent
I do t like the X3 but watched the whole of this video for some reason.
Oh come on who else came here for the tight jeans and long boots???
5:55 for the shot the day
Andrew Makinson same as such a turn on
5.23
👍
If I see another phone pairing, I am going to unsubscribe.
Rebecca...Rebecca...
Rebecca has absolutely beautiful eyes.. Not quite sure what colour they are?.. but I'm guessing about 34C....... ;)
lovely mini girl )
Is this a joke? audi CAN NOT COMPETE WITH BMW. THERE IS A VEEERY BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN audi AND BMW.
Euuh...nope.
Neither the BMW or Audi is an 'SUV', it's merely a play on words. No all they are is urban Yummy Mummy cruisers for people with no style or individuality. Jeep and Volvo are the best SUV brands now that LR only make urban vehicles.
george mcray I’d really like to see your car! Let me guess...Jeep? Volvo?
Bilal Yıldırım Your a just dumb

Woowww...so beautiful😍😁
Nice boots 😉
I buy this car only because of the girl in this video
Waste of time and energy given the 2018 is out.
GOOODDD LOOORD those jeans!! mmmmm...oh! the car is ok nothing to brag about.
Old model come on ...
Very fuddy duddy looks..tall glass area and tacky body kit. And it's not an SUV, it's not a Jeep. I cannot honestly see why anyone would buy one of these.

Chaka Whyte ..Chuka and Puxie.. both wrong I'm afraid it's just that unlike you I'm not manipulated and devoid of individual taste.
She looks tired and so does the car's design.
Damn this girl is hot.
Why would you mention Land Rover ? Those are pieces of junk. Worst made vehicle in the world.
Ride is awful, useless for every city driving. Reviews are useless.
D_HongKongVideos She doesn’t mention that you can opt to delete the hard suspension for no extra cost...
Great review!
The ride is awesome
Rebecca just doesn't have it anymore. NO enthusiasm whatsoever.
Time for a career change.
I loved her so much I wanted to marry her.
Lose the boots 🙈😂
Ray B - err no!
Just my opinion but i really dont think BMW, AUDI or any manufacturer without proven pedigree should make SUVs. They are all horrible brand exercises that stink of ostentatiousness and first class twattery...but y'know what do I know.
firstest
Women should not be reviewing cars.
Why not?
Another boring BMW.. nearly as boring as the Audi.. hahaha Germans have no class or design ideas whatsoever.
