@@TheFlatTopKing I’m sure you already know the idea of it. Only real suggestion I have is good taco style seasoning, like a tequila lime, and go easy on the cotija cheese. I’m always heavy handed with cheese, and it’s really easy to overdo it, and make it super salty.

O ya. you in my top 5 flat top channels lol shredded cheese is the best, package cheese has a wax on it keep from sticking together. impressed me with the eggs. not a lot of browning. i watched a few other you tubers. they do good tell they get to the eggs. then they burn them lol

Awesome. Making it hard to decide between the pit boss ultimate ceramic coated and the Weber. Seems the Weber is pretty much spot on for what is needed for a home griddle. As with all Weber products!

I’m having a problem finding white American cheese, meaning I looked at Publix and they didn’t have it.
Try the boars head brand. Kroger Ingles and food city are my other three. They have it regularly. Check out the deli counter.

I think it looks good before you put in the smoker, was it worth it? Breakfast is my favorite meal cuz you can do so many wats that you can’t mess it up.
Well yeah.....the smoker was more about heat than flavor....The oven helped melt the cheese and toast the buns...can you do it without....absolutely...Maybe toast both sides that you just cut to be a little more sturdy....
You cook a lot I would love to eat but I can’t cuz of diabetes. I just look at food and my suger goes through the roof but sometimes i say screw it and do eat lol.
