Thanks, my version of Dixie came out really well. I get a lot of compliments. I recorded it about 20 years ago.
      Have a great 2022

Did you know that we (Black People) hurried out of Stone Mountain, GA before dark? And those who lived in certain areas did not venture out at night unless it was strictly in the black community. I know, I’m 71, born and raised in Atlanta. Want to have dialogue as to why the sight of the confederate flag causes so many bad memories for a segment of tax payers?

In the early 70's my friends and I would skip school, sneak under the fence to get into the park, and swim in that hidden lake behind the western town.

I know where the western town is but do you mean between the town and the mountain?!

This was a beautiful video of Stone Mountain along with the music to "Dixie". Too bad both are now considered racist.
