Sometimes I use bentonite clay masks under my armpits to detox/reset that area. It has made a huge difference in combating odor.

My armpits smell like a combination of skunk, spices, sweat, onions and garlic

Thank you for mentioning showering 2-3 a day because that's what I do! I hear RUclipsrs talking about night shower or morning showers only and I be like whaaat lol I can not, I been programmed and routine take a shower! It just feels so good 🙌🏾
Lmao my skin would literally crack if I do that sis you do you boo but I could never what works for you might not work for others remember that and honestly this is the first time I hear someone showers 3 times a day dermatologists say it is ok to shower maximum 2 times a day as long as you do it quickly and you don’t have eczema or dermatitis and most dermatologist say that showering everyday for the people with eczema can make their condition worse and for normal people showering once a day is fine too so yeah I will say it again you can take a shower 3 times a day if it works for you but don’t say whaaaat when others are not you lol
Lol I did this for a month because it's super hot in California and I literally got a rash of dryness and peeling 🙃 😅 😩 Girl I believe dryness ages you so careful unless you're super oily and sweat a lot.
I’m an athlete but in general I naturally sweat a lot, I’ve been tryna focus more on my hygiene and your videos have helped me scope out the best products to combat the odor. Forever grateful 😊

So appreciative of your advice and channel ash, I bought the donna karan deodorant from ulta and I can not believe I have never ever had a deodorant that worked as well as this. I smell good ALL day I used to be so self conscious to lift my arms up because I never felt they were fresh but now ooh girl. I want to lift my arms just to smell the scent! The magic shaving powder it is definitely good for shaving no razor bums. My dad and all my brother use it and actually it is old school; Love all the items! The aluminum deodorant is a fact you have to try it and see which one goes with your body.
I want to create my own skincare line one day and when I do the body wash is gonna stay on all day there has to be a way … I love your channel so much I look forward to new vids all the time

I appreciate these videos so much. I am turning 30 tomorrow and I have noticed my body has been changing. I get so hot and sweaty and I find my old deodorant do not work the same anymore. This is all so new to me so I really need a big sister or mom to help guide me with the changes our bodies as women go through and give me tips on what helps.

I find that layering my deodorants has drastic improvement in the longevity of the results! I never use just one deodorant now Lol
Using the Ordinary glycolic acid toner 1-2x a week has worked wonders as well. Also, can’t forget to drown myself in water all day long 😝

I also found those soap and glory body butters in my tj maxx. They smell so good. Also, did you notice that Pink from VS has some new winter bodycare out? Hi Ash, love your videos and yes cleanliness is next to Godliness. One of the body wash/soaps I use is the Dr Bronners peppermint. It really does help keep under arm odor at bay. I usually will mix the body wash with my dove soap. I use the coconut aluminum free deodorant by Secret , and it works for me. So you're right the natural deodorants do work, it's just a matter of finding out which one works for you.

Magic shaving powder…. Use the regular one. I also use the premixed one. Way less mess! Doesn’t burn me like Nair.

The Dettol body washes can be purchased in a carribean market store. Many different scents. Currently have the blue and lemon.

The 'unscented' Lume worked pretty well for me (better than most other natural deodorants I tried), but they changed their formula or something and now I can't stand the way the 'unscented' smells! I tried Hey Humans, Native, and one other, and none worked. I use Almay gel deodorant now and it works really well, but I can feel the residue on my skin when I shower... it doesn't just rinse off easily like other natural ones did. But to me it's worth it. I did order the Donna Karan one at your recommendation, so I'm excited to try that! Thanks for the great videos. I subscribed!

I’m actually about to go to Walgreens tomorrow just to buy Old Spice deodorant, because so many of my girl friends have been raving about it, and saying that it is definitely better than women’s deodorant and less pricey.
Just so u know with the old spice if ur an extra sweaty girl or maybe a little more smelly u will have to shop around with the old spice some of them don’t work as well then some are really good

I use Dettol antiseptic. I put in in my bodywash. In Kenya we also put it in water for bathing. We also use Dettol soaps. It helps.

Dr. Bronners is so good! I buy the baby/unscented one to base clean and i also use it to clean my makeup brushes! I've even bathed my dog in it, in a pinch. Love their soaps!

I too, have had the struggle with underarm odor and finding effective deodorants. Anyway, my question is this…do you use the Castile soap in the shower first…and then use a body wash as well?? Or do you use the Castile soap as your body wash?? And do you dilute the Castile soap??
