You know in the kingdom hearts 2 manga, Xigbar had more of an important role in the Land of Dragons arc as he was the one who gave Shan Yu his army of heartless and teamed up with him to invade China so Xigbar can help collect the hearts from both the slain Chinese and Heartless in order to complete the Organization’s plan to create Kingdom Hearts so he and the other nobodies can finally exist.
