How to improve capacity of brain for study, concentration, focus , and I want to talk about you about my problem, that I have slippy feelings from morning to afternoon like up to 5pm...I wanted to cum up with this problem quickly because I have Exams next to next month...
The greatest way to improve your mental capacity is practicing meditation. This way you will develop concentration, focus, increased awareness of your thoughts and when you're getting distracted, as well as you will enable more synaptic links to be created easier, which means you will be able to learn and integrate knowledge faster. The answer is not always study study study. Like any system in your body, your brain also needs down time to heal, restore and get stronger
@@RefeelYoga I agree with the advice. One could also focus the energy to the third eye instead of the top of the head. We did this in class with Uddiyana Bandhas and we got very ''zoned in''. It helped me see some of the subtle traps of the mind and go beyond them🥰🙏❤

I have two question about this sublimation exercise. 1) Keep I my anus (perineum) contracted form the moment I start inhale and during entire time of retention and lifting of energy over invdividual chakras and relax the anus until I exhale? 2) How I make squeezing in my body? Throught larger contraction of the easily contracted anus (perineum) in way of every chakras or through visualization of squeezing (such as plastic bottle) in individual chakras with retention of contraction of anus only?
Hi Majki I’m glad that you have enjoyed it 😊 Step 1 - Inhale deep and slowly with anus/perineum relaxed Step 2 - Hold the breath IN and squeeze and relax the anus/perineum while you are visualizing to move the energy up to each chakra. Step 3 - relax the bandha (anus/perineum) and Exhale slowly through the nose Step 4 - observe Step 5 - start again The squeeze happens more clearly when there is relaxation. Is the contrast between tense and relax. At the beginning maybe you are tense also the muscles of the body, but eventually with practice you will learn how to squeeze in the relaxed body. The secret is learn how to use properly and mastering the Bandha. Infact this is an advanced technique that requires practice and dedication. I hope that this can help you. Have a good time.
