I used a schwin trailer and did the same thing last yr. With me and the ole lady going camping with it we took 2 extra batteries and we hauled the tent airbed and food. it worked fine for us 75 miles round trip.
Looking forward to the first trip, watch out for the extra width! 115ah @ 72v is 8280 watt hours, and doing a trip that's 100 miles each way will require an efficiency of 41.4 watt hours per mile. Thats a bit challenging, so we'll have to see how it goes!
I'm far from a bike trailer expert, but why this trailer versus a cheap one off Amazon? I got a Doggyhut trailer last year and the original capacity was 120lbs, but I see lower numbers when I'm looking it up now. It has smaller tires but part of the reason we got this trailer is it would pull 2 50lb bags of chicken feed back from the feed mill about 5 miles from us. I still haven't tested that but hope too soon, as well as veing able to bring extra batteries for longer rides as I'm in a very rural area.
It's a shame the chinese don't have very sturdy trailers on offer. I'm looking for a proper trailer for my dog, with proper suspensions and load capacity...

protip buy 100ah 12v battery ,get a inverter and run you charger to your bike as you ride there is enough amps to run it outright and the battery is much much cheaper and you get a standard 12v output and lots and lot befits having a 12v battery to run power tool or radios or what ever you can imagine
Now this is something I could use wow. I like the price to. I just wondering if I can get foldable panels small enough and still powerful enough that will just clip to the top when folded up.
Im dissapointed there is no way to strap things down. Maybe bungies from the leash strap to the rear corners? Idk im lost how they missed that. Maybe i can do riverts through the material? The aluminum was chipped within 15 minutes im going to get pool noodles.
@@mr.e_from_nyc O i took the thing to lowes and home depot today and went to town...... cheap pipe insulation....... bungie cords with plastic hooks that snap on perfectly........ velcro straps with holes and handles.......got tired of backs of my feet hitting the wheels as i pulled...... i also greased up the connection with some vicks vapor rub lol. Smooth as butter. But yea i put about 25 miles before adding the pipe insulation and the front and seclnd bar are covered in little chips. Think its just the paint amd its wrapped now so should be good.
Ive done a few hundred miles with it. I ended up putting in some grommets. I used pipe insulation to cover the bottom frame. I put some back pack straps so I can bring it on the metra easily. I found a cheap open tool box that holds 2 48v 20amph bateries perfect i have a 36v 14amph on the down tube. Controller can switch from 36v to 48v. 750w front hub motor. 700c skinnny wheel bike. Fly like 30 35mph with the trailer on my back......
This is all new technology in America as far as cycling and transporting goods on that kind of platform. Anyway, you need it a trailer so that you could get your groceries. Help people out carry things so many uses. Let's get into it.!

That quick release button is right on the flooring of the bike. Is it possible for something to roll or land on the quick release button and disengage the wheel
My Mule Trailer was delivered the other day. The attachment arm's screw holes are drilled in the wrong spot, 5 to 10mm off, so I can not mount the attachment arm to my RX. I used the the top holes per the instructions. And we all know how Super73 customer service is....
So sorry to read… Don’t waste time and reach out to them… it took 1 business days to get back to me with my missing part and 3 business days to have it shipped out… not so bad..
