    But you never really said why you put the RR up for sale in the first place? Love the rural scenery around your home. So many new houses being built. I find it strange to see houses being built almost totally from wood. Here in Ireland its mostly concrete and concrete blocks. I often wonder how these timber houses last so long - here they would be rotting and falling down in 10 years.

      always wanting to go over 100 mph, my main reason why I wanted to sell it? fear of being arrested and losing my license. lol so, I will take my speed addiction to the track. thanks for stopping by bro!

      and as long as we keep up the maintenance, watch for insects, etc, we have homes still up from the 1800s.

    I have a 2020 I got to 1,500 miles and the motor seized up not to happy with bmw. Sold my 2018 r1 for it and I wish I wouldn't have. Bmw is says the warranty is void cus I put aftermarket exhaust and a brentune on it.

      @@CrayzJohnny yeah totally sucks. Don't get me wrong the bike was a rocketship and it feels really good leaned over but I didn't need a $25,000 paper weight .

      Do these bike's engines have a record of seizing?

      @CrayzJohnny  3 года назад

      @@windyrun7979 I’ve heard of a couple people on the internet with that issue, but nobody I know have. I’ve only heard about it after they customized the bike, ie aftermarket exhaust and a tune. I’ve also heard of once someone got the bike tuned, they went past red line multiple times and then expected a warranty when they had issues. Factory bmw voided their warranty because of beyond red line history.

      yah sorry about that. My editing software isn’t the best when filtering out wind noise, my newer videos are a little better, I need to work on that issue more.

      good question, I have my Harley which I’m happy with and not as fast. I’ll keep the s1000rr for now I guess. found out over the weekend a couple of my buddies are selling their bikes. I’ll have to find a new group to ride with.
