Problem solved. This story really got me. Beautiful. All those people, young and old. I loved it alot. Some questions have no answer. It take a long time usually for people to figure this out.
Our senior citizens are always the fountain of the knowledge and experience, and this group uses humor as its main tool to share this with the young people. It´s amazing. My parents are part of one group from their high school ex-classmates, and they enjoy being together. Great story Mr Hartman
Maybe I should start one of these. Or join them! That’s seriously funny. It’s good to see people still have a sense of humor. Not just the advisors but the folks who come to them. But they hit the nail on the head about the unfaithful husbands (or wife if it should go in that direction). Sad that they seem to have a large group of young people who don’t seem to have anywhere else to go to for something like this. Or maybe they just feel safe talking to a stranger. What a world we are living in. I wonder if Satchmo would still feel like it’s a wonderful world?
I'll be 55 this year..., and while I'm not as old as these gentlemen it would be a blast to sit with them and offer my own advice as well... I've had an interesting life so far..., I can't wait to see what happens in the next 45 years..., I want to live to be a 100 and then I'll call it quits..., that was George Burns' wish..., and he made it. You should always talk to older people..., the older you get is just like putting more books of wisdom in your brain and kids should take out a library card so they can hear you tell them your books. I knew an older gentleman years ago when I was a kid, he lived up the street, and he'd wave when he'd see me pass by. I got to know him and we would sit on the front porch and drink lemonade..., and he would tell me stories and pearls of wisdom, and he was funny as sh-t. He was a good ol' bird. ❤🤗
Stop putting grandparents and parents in old folks homes. That's free wisdom life experiences lessons learned that are being thrown away take care of them and learn from them. Cut a tree's roots and it dies. We are cutting our roots
@@beataylor52 i was just gonna say that i hate it when people says first and the the other person no i was and most of the time they fight it's stupid like you said what do you get for being first comment? the answer is nothing

How much fun is this??? It's great for young folks to engage with the elderly b/c there is humor they can appreciate, and wisdom from experience

I love it 👏👏👏
"These patches keep showing up on my lawn!"
"Buy a new house."
That got me.
I just built a deck on my patches now I don't see it
So much to be learned from people like this.
"Old people are untapped resources of knowledge". This could be a real resource we can use lol for real.

Tony Caputo passed away suddenly earlier this year, RIP
Maybe I should go to Salt Lake City; they sound like they're very informative.

Not all heroes wear capes, they drink coffee in SLC
At age 45, I never thought I would be too young to join any club. Do y'all make exceptions?
They might make an exception for the “old” but probably not the “coot” part!
That's funny! I love that! 🤣
