Fluffy strawberry shortcake

Today, i made a fluffy strawberry 🍓 shortcake!
This was the recipe from emmas goodies, do check her out!
Do try this, its worth it, super light tasting, with a crunch of strawberries!
Here are the ingredients:
Cake-
2 Egg yolks
4 Egg whites
120 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) Sugar
110 g (7 tbsp) Milk
45 g (3 tbsp) Butter
120 g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Lemon zest (optional)
Pinch of salt
Strawberries for the filling
For the whipped cream!
600 g (22 oz) Cold heavy cream
1½ tsp Vanilla
3 tbsp Sugar (You can add more sugar based on your preference)
Pinch of Salt
*i used less whipped cream from the start, adjust as preferred!
