Dr. Finnerty did an AMAZING job on my Nexus Letter and DBQ Form by incorporating multiple case law and medical literature references for Sleep Apnea secondary to PTSD. Just waiting on a favorable decision from the VA to increase my already 80% service connected disability. Must admit, I too was somewhat skeptical on using this service but moving forward, I will be sharing his contact information with VETS needing Nexus and DBQ's. When contacting Dr. Finnerty he responds quickly; therefore, because of his expertise and being prompt we HIGHLY recommend Dr. Finnerty and would definitely use his services again!
Hi Doc. Was just awarded with 50% for PTSD but the VA denied my sleep apnea (sleep study shows I have it). However, I didn’t have a nexus letter. is that something you could help with?
