I fully retired in my early 60s but was semi retired for much longer . Not a big savings but my frugality keeps things stable . I got to spend allot of time with my kids growing up . I am my daughters personal assistant to research things with her busy life . I am a personal nanny when needed for my grandkids from my son and daughter in-law that need help to make their lives a bit easier . I helped to coach my granddaughters softball team with my son . I am physically active mountain biking and kayaking and looking to a return to surfing . The biggest thing is finding strategies to be healthier and improve healrhspan and share that knowledge with others . As Clark always talks about being in-service to others and maybe make the world a better place . My mom was a big-time into volunteering. There is plenty to do if you like . Especially in-service to others

I'm sorry, I retired at 50. In fact it was a force retirement. But I immediately found other things to do other than wanting to go back to work .. photography has always been my passion now I get to do it as much as I want to and I travel the world doing it. Sometimes for profit sometimes just for fun. .

I loved what I did and will miss the kids, teachers, and a schedule. And I have raised 2 kids and 1 grandchild. I have hobbies, volunteering activities, church activities, and friends and family. I've worked with thousands of retired people for years. Many should not retire! So many of them are depressed or lost or even get sick! Maybe work much less but completely retiring might be a big mistake.
Paint Delamination is a typical problem with only some Ford (and ALL others) and certain paint colors. If it is a known defect in Material or Process, Ford (with the Supplier like PPG Industries, the Paint supplier on the Escape) will take care of it. Make a claim ... with knowledge.. and it will be quickly repaired. Ford and PPG are the BEST Automotive Companies on earth and stand by their products.

Investments in the ROTH could be sold and converted to money market funds to maintain the risk profile of the money market account in the taxable account. I used to really try and get away with not using a cart. Not so much in big box stores, although I have only been to Sam's and BJs, not Costco. With kids I need way too much to carry it. Lists are a must and preferably not taking the kids 😂. Or order pickup!
Different parts of the country is different, there is no shortage of housing in my area and ADU is NOT acceptable. We have many home and apartments not renting. I do not believe in price freeze, it is up to a person to live within your means. You want better living improve yourself. Also believe government needs to stay out housing for low income. Please end min wage, pay what they are worth. Each person makes their own life. My first retirement at 42, when’s to college and received BA. Retired at 62 and live very comfortable. I live different, there are banks I will not bank with, I do not use social media and we insured that all bills were paid off years before retirement. We paid the price, miss family, and sometimes I had to travel from family. But, my goal was at least 5 retirements. Love to travel, motorcycles and cruises. Plus my cars.

Same. I work per diem as a nurse. I get to pick my own hours. This prevents burnout and makes nursing enjoyable again.

I'm sorry, I retired at 50. In fact it was a force retirement. But I immediately found other things to do other than wanting to go back to work .. photography has always been my passion now I get to do it as much as I want to and I travel the world doing it.
