Sabrina Albrook Mall have more affordable shopping. If you visit the Mia Flores canal there is a little museum where you can use the computer to look up when a relative arrived in Panama to help build the canal.

My grand parents were married in Panama, we still have the marriage certificate. They moved on to Cuba where they had three children before returning to Barbados 🇧🇧. Sadly most of Panamanian and Cuban born generation from that era have passed on in Barbados 🇧🇧
