I need a tut just on how to model that stretched egg-shaped dome on the front of the ship. I mean... is it a sphere stretched in edit mode using prop editing? I tried to do that yesterday with part of a torus and it just got ugly when I deleted most of the torus and used that curvy part. The bottom was uneven and jagged even after I moved verts downward. Then it wouldn't line up with my ship but maybe I also badly modeled cuz in ortho mode my verts didnt all line up evenly so I must have not been in x-ray once or twice and didn't pull all the proper verts and they got skewed. :( anyway... thx for these vids. Not that I'm going to make a full-on space ship but it's just the idea of making something and having ways to do it.
Hey can I get a tutorial on how to model sci fi aircrafts for beginners. Do you know wanoco4d I want to model in that style but he has no beginner friendly tutorials so I would love it if you could do a tutorial on how to model aircrafts like wanoco4d. Thanks.
