Yeah, if you can drift and mostly retain a boost- not even that well just around at least some corners- and avoid falling off the track, you can win on normal. So basically if you can use the basic mechanics.
On hard though, you need to know some speed-run tactics and even then... Maybe.
Same dude who said Normal is as hard as Dark Souls.

Ffs normal isnt that hard, use the basic drift mechanics and youll kill every race. And hard isnt that bad if you can maintain sacred fire for even half a lap

@Gabriel Mota Well, in relation to perfection, all humans are garbage at video games. Our grubby meat paws and neurally limited eye-hole data interfaces can never truly operate at the peak capacity of most games' programming. That's why Tool Assisted Speedruns are fun to watch.

I did have a glitch happen where my character was just at the starting line, standing there without a vehicle, so it's appearantly possible to atleast enter a game without one, it just won't ever start.

9:33 You can perform a BIL (bomb impact launch) here by hopping and immediately dropping a bomb, going into quick time mode, and then dropping another bomb. The first bomb will explode, but instead of the second bomb exploding, it will ram into you, launching you into orbit. If you can control your direction afterwards, you can land safely on the ground with more than enough speed for a boost

Can you beat HITMAN (2016) without trespassing?
Hostile Area is allowed, but any area that's marked "trespassing" is completely illegal.
Not a difficult challenge, considering you can just shoot your target with a gun from a long distance away.
Even if you mandate Silent Assassin, there are some *insane* speedrunners that have mapped out all kinds of stuff for that game, not to mention that we'd probably want to cover both Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2, and Hitman 2 introduced flash grenades that make this challenge even easier.
plus you can just suit up outside a trespassing area quite easily.

CTR is one of my favorite racing games, and seeing how good the new one is gives me nostalgia. I am also very entertained by these racing shenanigans.
Why I love these videos and challenges in general is how they force people (gamers in this case) to think outside the box and come up with new strategies to beat the game.
throwback to when i watched this run a few months ago, went "oh cool" then completely forgot about it, only to stumble upon it once again now that i'm TOTALLY obsessed with the Crash series. hell yeah.

Can you beat Monster Hunter: World without using your weapon? aka slinger/environmental hazard/item only run. The strat would probably just revolve around around placing bombs with the Bombardier skill.
Oh, this one's interesting. Getting money to afford all the Barrel Bombs would be difficult (but not impossible) and your damage would pretty much be locked at 234 all the way to Xeno'Jiiva. There's the risk of bomb self-damage you can only hold so many bombs at a time, you'll have to go back and forth to the camp just to stock up. Most of your damage would probably end up coming from luring other monsters into turf wars (which admittedly gets easier once High Rank rolls around, because Bazelgeuse just destroys stuff and you can abuse the Gajalakas to get bonus sleep damage on your bombs). Environmental damage also scales to the monster's health, so that's also a valid tactic. I'm actually intrigued with this one!
I also believe it'll be best to do this *without* Iceborne, as the Clutch Claw can be used to easily get powerful Slinger Ammo, which would just make the run easier.

Me: Nah, I played CTR demo on the spyro 2 disc so many times I eventually beat the temple without ever using the gas pedal.....with crash......took me hundreds of hours. But I did it! Once.....and never played CTR again.

No, but it might be fun to try...
I see myself as pretty good at NecroDancer. My first run of Cadence of Hyrule had only four deaths right at the very start, and no deaths after getting my first heart container. Most of my Cadence runs end in victory on the orignal. But Aria? I can't even get past Zone 5 (the first one)...

Here’s one.
Can you beat Marvel’s Spider-Man’s minimal web challenge?
Objective: Finish and 100% (if possible) the game with as few uses of any type of web as possible. This includes gadgets that use webs (so all of them)
Rules:
1: No glitches such as OOB to skip parts of the game
2: All types of webs count, whether they come from the Web Blossom special move, web zips, web swinging, etc.
3: Using L2+R2 to zip to points counts as two webs as it uses two webs
4: Using triangle to pull backpacks to you counts as using a web depending on the distance you are from the backpack

I recently tried the same challenge on Mario kart 8 deluxe and it was really interesting. At the end, there were only two tracks I couldn't complete ; 3DS DK Jungle and Cloudtop Cruise. Good luck if you attempt these, I love your videos !

Probably not. Pretty sure there are levels that require you to collect coins as a clear condition
If you define "Beat" as getting Princess Peach's Tennis Outfit, then no. Otherwise, im pretty sure you can, yes.

Rules are simple: you may rebind the attack key to any button but it must be held down for the entirety of the run and you may let go while in your inventory, everything else is fair game. Make him see this!

There are speedrunners who legitimately beat the game the second they get Deku Sticks (They bipas Mido and go straight for Deku Tree)
I've seen a wrong warped Young Link just DESTROY Canon with a ISG Deku Stick. (ISG = Infinite Sword Glitch. A specific input of buttons that glitches whatever your holding into Perma-Swinging even though your not swinging it)

A cool run idea would be a no geo hollow knight run
Breakdown of that 93% completion:
All 16 trophy races are possible, 32%.
All 4 boss keys are obtainable, 4%.
The final boss is possible, 2%.
Nitro Court is impossible, but the other 3 crystal challenges and all 16 CTR challenges are possible, which makes 19/20 CTR tokens for 19%, missing 1%.
The missing CTR token means the purple gem cup is locked, but the rest are available so that makes 4/5 gems for 4%, missing 1%.
Slide Coliseum is impossible, and the missing gem means Turbo Track is locked, but the rest of the relics are possible so that makes 16/18 relics for 32%, missing 4%.
The missing relics means no final boss rematch, missing 1%.
Technically you can get 101% in this game, but it's just a bonus 1% for getting all gold relics - it would only be relevant if 100% was actually possible.
