I am a horrible sleeper! My mind never shuts off. My life right now is the most stressful it's ever been and I can't find a way out of my head. Before you share anything about your past make a pros and cons list. There's always someone out there that can be helped by someone's story especially if there was something that helped you through it that you could share. I'm one of those people that keeps things to myself. I have a friend and he's 16 years older than me so I get to benefit from his wisdom. We've been friends for 15 years and he's just getting me to open up a little bit to him and that's difficult so for you to open up on social media has to be daunting. Remember you don't have to give every detail if you think in sharing some of what you've been through could benefit someone else. Only share what your comfortable sharing.

I used to sleep with my rings on until one of the little prongs that hold the diamonds in apparently got caught on the sheet & bent & one of my diamonds fell off & I had to send my ring off for like a month to get it fixed. Now I don’t shower or swim or sleep in them lol

Okay. Darlin'. I MUST say this. I think it's absolutely AMAZINGGGUHHH that you want to write a book about your experiences. Good, bad, dark. it's aLL GREAT. It sounds like (well, as far as what we in the spiritual community call it) you had a spiritual download in the shower - which is where most downloads happen (these are just out of the blue "ah-ha" moments one might have during the washing away of old energies from the aura - hence the shower). I understand that as a RUclipsr, we al have a "personality" we've developed with videos but it's important to remember that that "personality" wouldn't be that personality without those experiences - this is AN INCREDIBLEEEEE opportunity for you to run with it. I promise, this community would not judge you whatsoever. I, too, am working on developing a youtube channel (no videos, but I'll keep you updated if you want.) that centers around this exact thing... I think it's a wonderful thing to do! It sounds like (well, as far as what we in the spiritual community call it) you had a spiritual download in the shower - which is where most downloads happen (these are just out of the blue "ah-ha" moments one might have during the washing away of old energies from the aura - hence the shower). I understand that as a RUclipsr, we al have a "personality" we've developed with videos but it's important to remember that that "personality" wouldn't be that personality without those experiences - this is AN INCREDIBLEEEEE opportunity for you to run with it. I promise, this community would not judge you whatsoever. I, too, am working on developing a youtube channel (no videos, but I'll keep you updated if you want.) that centers around this exact thing... I think it's a wonderful thing to do!
