Have you considered the Heleus armor? It's more costly to build (higher research cost and the materials are more rare), but it has nearly the same weapon damage boost, a large general power damage boost, and the chest gives you damage resistance.
Yea I started using a mix of heleus and kett with my altest builds. The thing is the armor occupies slots for chest/arms/legs so I kinda lose on augmentations with it. That's why I only use the helmet for now and rest kett.
I only use the Heleus helmet too. Didn't have enough Heleus research to level that all the way up, so I just stuck with Kett for that. Looks like I can save that research up for something else now. Complete brain freeze there on my part. I noticed there were no blueprints for arms and legs, and I know what that means. I guess I just didn't really think about it because I couldn't afford to do all that many levels on the Heleus chest armor anyway.
Worth mentioning that u can also stack 4 kinetic Coils on ur Asari sword and it will affect ur active ranged weapon too. Also as this is "Highest dmg build" using guns id suggest skipping charge and go for Invasion instead for another 35% raw dmg per shot. With the build id also consider using Vetra for even more defense debuff and Cora for shieldboosting.
you didn't show any of the Isharay usage. Also, Cora is your best Teammate to mitigate Shield damage, something that's pretty important in a build where self-inflicted HP damage can get you F-ed really quickly. Your teammate selection is SUPER important to offset or enhance your character's abilities.
Like you builds...I completed the game on normal at level 62 started a new game + to play on hardcore or insanity and realized no gear drops until 71. I didn't have enough augmentations to make your builds work properly. So I'm back on my original game to get more levels and the augments I need.....thanks for showing what gear/weapons/augments needed for your builds
Take the cloak out and put in Remnant VI with the passive that grants health regeneration when using a tech construct basically making the biotic convertor have no health downsides at all because the VI actually heals you when you command it to attack, even if there is no-one there to attack. The VI is also incredibly beefy even on insanity, not to mention the fact nobody actually attacks it if you're close to it because they'll be trying to kill you or your companions.
they changed it so life support now has an 8 second cooldown. so no more perfect health while using biotic converter. you have to admit, that was a bit cheesy. basically makes it like you enabled a cheat mode for unlimited clip size.

In wich dificult you was playing? im playing in the insanity dificult with a true soldier with kett gear, a revenant assault rifle and a N7 piranha shotgun, i destroy everything in my path too. I liked of your build too.
Nice build! I notice you had a "rare" (yellow) shotgun barrel mod ; where'd you get it? The highest rarity of weapon mod that I have seen in my entire first playthrough was uncommon "white".
All weapons have that type of MOD ( X barrel). It randomly drops from mobs, but otherwise you can buy it off Kadara port from one of the vendors down there on the platform (not in the slums, but the second level). You can also buy it from the 4th vendor on the Nexus right outside the landing area.
This looks really good Khraze, but now I am conflicted. I just getting started on your previous build and like being able to still use powers a lot instead of weapons. This one is more weapons based so lots of shooting! I was liking the other build for the biotic combos!

No the most OP thing in this game period is an Adept build with max passives, Charge Annihilation Lance. Spec for area of effect to make Ann. bigger. Spec for lance uses shields to throw. Spec for charge restoring all shields, and enjoy your Super Saiyan Biotic Adept build as you blow up everything forever. Quite a few passive upgrades for restoring shields on biotic kills means as long as there are people, you will blow shit up. All of the shit.
Lord-Commander When I realized it wasn't working, I searched for it, and it was listed as a known issue bug-wise. Must have been patched since then. It was to the degree that I would be literally 2ft. from a target, I can see they are primed, charge them, and didn't detonate the prime.
Crafted augments get added to the loot drop table after you craft 1. After that initial crafting the only way to get more is to get lucky in loot drops. For this reason it's best to research the few decent augments early on -- don't have to use them -- to ensure you have plenty of time to get drops. I avoided crafting too many different augments as I didn't want to dilute the drop tables and lessen my chance to get more of my prefered augs.
We need a higher difficulty. My build is already OP When you play as your twin later in the game with just a pistol , I felt invigorated again , like it was another challenge. Still too easy though
you are relying on the power of your guns to kill stuff. shockwave in no way useful to that. of those 3, energy drain is still useful to this build because it does so much damage to shields, and recharges your own besides. incinerate is "meh" as it has no real benefit to your DPS. use incendiary ammo instead.
In theory it can be possible at high levels, but not on insanity. Active abilities are simply too good and provide the damage needed to kill enemies which on insanity are simply bullet sponges.
I see you have tons of augmentations. Specifically bio converter. Any good place to farm this? I got one from a Kett boss but nothing since then. Thank you
Love the build dude, just one question - why the bastion over shock trooper? I find that charge regenerates all my shields anyway so I don't need bastion. Also, another passive that's really great is the one in auxiliary systems that decreases active skills cooldown by 50% on use, which is amazing for higher uptime on turbocharge.
I don't know how, but it always seems to do it for me. Although maybe I never go under 50% shield - or it's bugged?... Either way, I find shock trooper infinitely more valuable.
So I'm not sure what I did, but I made the Piranha shotgun with plasma seeking and plasma charge rounds. Some how, the first clip through it lasts for 3-15 rounds, but then it switches to ONE round clips!!! Any suggestions?
i use a very similar build, but instead of bio conv i use assist module in dhan. +20% damage with recharge weapon vs 0% and no recharge..not sure which one has more dps. with soldier 6 profile and dhan X i have 4 clips with dhan
My Dhan shotgun lvl6 has 2460 damage ... i mounted the heasink on it tho... The seeking plasma has a huge range on the shotgun i mean i can kill them at sniper rifle distances :)
it does not increase the range of the shotgun. it increases the EFFECTIVE range of the shotgun, because the pellets don't spread out as normal. but no, you aren't at sniper rifle range, and it doesn't increase the overall range of the shotgun, which maxes at 50m IIRC.
How can I make multiple same augmentations? Lets say I need for example 3 Seeking plasma system.. I made one and added it to a gun but after it I can't make another one..
After researching an augment they can appear in loot. Try the field scouts cryo pod (under combat I think?) and loot the big chests that appear on your map from it, good chance for high quality augments.
I tried your build and like it so far, but I am having one small issue. My health only seems to be regenning to the 50% mark and I am not sure why? I have all the same skills in your video. Is there a mod or piece or armor I could be missing?
Samwell Tarly the 50% is the normal max regen cap, you can go over It when you use a tech Power in this case cloak. Is the effect of Life support, rank 6 of team support from tech passive
Aye. The build presented though had that combat cloak ability that does not eliminate the regen penalty during cloaked time. The other rank 6 cloak ability allows to regen during cloaked time. So if Samwell stays cloaked for a while the Life Support does not kick in at all during that time.
Maverick Chest is far better, should be X tier. Helus Helmet is better than the kett helmet. Ishray is a shit weapon, Inferno and Black Widow are both superior.

Insanity is already too easy as it is, just improvise and have fun, you won't need any build on youtube to help you. I was curious so I checked this out, seems solid but again, who needs to make the game even less challenging than it is?
You're going to need a high DPS build if you plan on playing insanity while at a high level (90+). Otherwise each encounter is draining due to how much health all enemies have. They're bullet sponges
Seeking plasma is a bit crap though. Tried it, and it fails miserably at velocity. Electric Conduits are much better but suffer from a short effective range.

With this build using the piranha, I was basically terry crews with his AA-12 in that expendables scene in the basement corridor.

They need to freaking patch Annihilation already, or Charge, whichever abilities fault it is that Charge doesn't detonate Annihilation primers.
Green Mann It does, you just need to be close for it to detonate. Annihilation turns off while you charge, then reactivates when you land.

I swapped to a build without annihilation after that, and haven't tried the two together since then. I'll have to try it out now that it's working. :)

If you have one that is already good enough. Otherwise, you can research one in the Augmentation section of Helius Research Data.
But don't forget to research shield oscillator first.

Ah! The explorer profile gives +40% power restoration and defense. That will be it. So it's 90% shield restored.
Oh yeah that makes sense. I always thought that was a passive bonus to the restoration defense speed, not the actual shield lol.

Don't use plasma charge system. Only Seeking plasma system. Everything else kinetic coils.

You can only add one behavior-augmentation to any certain weapon. The Kinetic Coils on the other hand can be stacked since they only buff up damage.
