@@grimyGobIin It does look like someone is messing with his router. I work in cyber and a weak password is very easy to crack. I'm guessing someone goes by his place breaks the password. 7:30 If Dave\s internet wasn't just crapping out and it really was a block on his internet, a message would appear. This is how net nannies work. They don't just throttle your connection all willy nilly for arbitrary intervals of time, they just redirect to a permission page.
The worst thing the Tech could have done was give Phil the managers phone number because now Phil will go straight to the top like he always does for the smallest of problems...
There is no way a tech would give a customer their sup's number unless directly instructed by their sup. Furthermore a tech would not be high enough in the pecking order to even know the regional managers number, much less give it out
"It says in the logs" Doesn't show the logs. "They billed me for hundreds of dollars" Doesn't show any screenshots of bank or Comcast account with sensitive data blacked out.
it took a tech visit to access his modem's config... let that sink in. Furthermore, "SOMEONE" did this not him in his idiocy not understanding how network settings function

"I'm down a few hundred now guise...snort....its not my fault its Comcast that did it...snort..."
22:30 This is incorrect. By virtue of him acknowledging that they swap out modems, that means he is renting theirs and not using his own. So him claiming they don't have a right to or have been given permission to is incorrect as it is not his property. If he bought his own hardware, that would be a different argument but what he stated is factually incorrect.
@@rsonic510 There are three separate issues at play here. Ownership; this he does not own. Unsure of his contract but typically there is a fee to rent it which depending on how long to plan on living there, it is less expensive to buy your own (which is what I did). Ability; This is where I believe the tech worker is incorrect and gave Phil the wrong information. These companies have a lot more control over the hardware than some may realize. Now the last point is essentially messing with it. This is where they would not have the right to do so. Contracts are created with an expectation of service provided. Them having ownership and ability to do so does not mean they have the right to without just cause. I personally think someone is messing with him, although I am more surprised it has taken this long. With that said, he will most likely try to tie every incident or problem he has had to the individual which that I believe is untrue. If what he said about the charges, that I say is going too far. Renaming it and such, admittedly I thought that was funny. There are limits and I think some should be careful because making Phil out to being a victim, no fun in that (an actual victim, not pretend victim like he often portrays).
1) this isnt proof of anything. phil can change those settings just to fit his story, screenshot it and fix it again. it doesnt show DATES AND TIMES. 2) a tech will NEVER admit that the source of the problem is their own company 3) they will never tell you to shop for modems elsewhere when they charge you monthly for using the company equipment. 4) nobody is gonna half-ass trolling you if they go thru the trouble and risking their jobs to do it that they will do it once or twice a year for several years. 5) only phil would think that trolls would care about blocking twitter. 6) phil having internet problems and then admitting his bill isnt paid. do the math.
I assume his calls start with a 2 hour pre-stream. 2023 has been a great year, we just need an agent in the IRS now. A nice big audit just before the holidays would be a fantastic Xmas episode.

either he is lying about this for Hogan cash or one of the trolls is taking revenge. (Still find it really strange the wifi was changed to panda lee related stuff when he's been on a streak of trash talking her since the Keemstar announcement.)
I highly doubt he would willingly change his own Wifi name to "PandaLee was hotter." Give that Comcast employee a raise 😂
Wow ..... certainly not Paranoid....... rent free 24/7 all year long....
Go Comcast Detractor!! hahaha he paid his bills ... what a bastard! that is the worst form of piggy fraud ;D
e: would have loved to read his chat druing this ;D
Hes so paranoid of anything! Lmao i love it! Hes evolving
Devolving more then evolving. Paranoia Central
@@kgriffi22222he's been paranoid since he was living in Connecticut. Since moving to Washington state he just been putting it out more than usual. Guess it's the political correctness everywhere in that State breeds .
It's fake. If you block the youtube url on your modem/router, you can't access the site at all, no less near daily stream for hours to that site.
Not all heroes wear capes. The ultimate troll.
Should have just blocked PayPal so he won’t contact the ISP and think he’s banned 😂
PIG UPS indeed!
Support is slow time to spin a new lie that no one can look into. “They broke into my account and paid my bills” omfg I haven’t laughed this hard at Phil without editing
Poormouth Phil is so broke they had to hack his bank account just to add money in it so those comcast payments would go thru!
I just love that Phil’s first thought when he sees his trolled Wi-Fi is “OMG! Anyone driving by will know that Panda Lee was hotter!”
like if its common for people to check random wifi names while driving
This is too funny, even if it's fake or not. lol
Fr right up there with the side scrollers interview
@@wuwei473 True! We eating good this year!
The idea that Phill put "Panda Lee was hotter" is fucking hilarious
It has to be fake. When you block a url on the modem/router, you can't access those sites at all. He wouldn't be able to tweet on twitter everyday and he wouldn't have been able to stream all this time.
@@fall-neckthetallneck2977 he said they only did that on the day before thanksgiving, and all the other times they were simply resetting his modem. He is obviously full of shit though.
Did he ever consider that his wife set up the blocked content to get him to spend more time with her?
His explanation makes no sense. If someone had blocked youtube he wouldn't be able to use the site at all, not just be disconnected sometimes.
He did not mention her at all, maybe this is more evidence for team divorced 🤔.
Guys, never touch the poop.
Also, I'm a software engineer for a large international company. A single user with a data breach is an issue, but not something all hands on deck, just get it fixed within the 2 week sprint.
So Phil has been reduced to straight up committing internet fraud. Lol
So now Comcast is a detractor of Phil? This guys enemy list just keeps increasing from day to day.
it was me, i work for comcast's anti-dsp team
i'm in control of phil's modem
we're hiring by the way
Massive X on all of this. The payments with his money thing is such an extra DSP thing to add, so now he has excuses to make about Champions spending.
I love how every stream/podcast begins or atleast at some point he brings up the "Drama" he hates to talk about or bring up!
I like how instead of submitting a police report he cries on the internet how it’s illegal and he needs help, leave your house got to the station and then go to your isp local branch and get shit done like a functioning member of society
exactly...call the federalies
If it is a comcast employee responsible, and they are ever identified, they should be immediately ...
promoted.
This is most likely DSP faking it for pity bucks.
But let's pretend it's true. There's no reason not to sue them if DSP has this amount of evidence. He says he can't sue because "the lawyer won't fix his internet", but he claims he can't do gameplay because the troll will fuck up his internet. Does that make any sense for you guys?
Again, I'm pressing X. To me, DSP is reseting his internet on purpose for pity bucks. If it's true, he could change internet providers and sue comcast. He doesn't because it's either fake or he is extremely stupid.
Also, I like the fact that he said he can't afford a lawyer, but days ago there was a freudian slip that he said he was talking with lawyers.
But he can afford to pay for a tax attorney. Lawyers are just as greedy as Pigroach and just as slimy
tbf I dont think DSP is knowledgeable enough to come with this lie. He probably dind't even knew about blocked words until someone pointed it out.
@@CineGoodog IDK man, I just can't believe someone would risk their job to do some trolling.
Also, if it's true, and all the things DSP showed are not fabricated, it would be an easy case to win since as he says, comcast themselves admitted that it's an employee who's fucking with him. Like, all he has to do is switch internet provider, so he can keep streaming and lawyer up. He doesn't because it's either all fake or he is a moron. And yes, it's well established DSP is a low-IQ individual, but even then.
If he is lying about this, someone should contact Comcast and direct them to this video.. Phail is making some very serious accusations here and, if nothing else, perhaps they could disprove the entire thing.. hell, maybe they would L.I.M.B. his internet service
1:23 why does Phil do introduction of himself like this is a testament for a will 😂
When the internet went down and the tech showed up, he showed him how to access these settings in the router. He went in here and set all this up himself. He ain’t foolin anyone
Is he schizophrenic? I'm not even joking. This is serious paranoia......
This really seems like paranoid schizophrenia
I think it's just outright narcissism that makes him think he's so important that there would be some conspiracy against him. Just like how he repeatedly mentions how he's just some small streamer in order for his followers to validate & reassure him.
@@grimyGobIin It does look like someone is messing with his router. I work in cyber and a weak password is very easy to crack. I'm guessing someone goes by his place breaks the password. Then goes in and messes with the settings. Unless he's doing this himself for attention and to play the victim which I would not put past him.
@@ashleybrooke2087 I see what you mean with the inflated self importance which he definitely has. I'd say he's high up on the narcissism spectrum and he oscillates between vulnerable and grandiose. Unless he's doing this himself it's probably one person that doesn't work at comcast. Just someone out to mess with him. But Phillip needs to make it sound like a grand conspiracy.
The bottom half of his face looks like it's lagging behind his top half
Bro really thinks Comcast has been infiltrated by detectors to shut his Internet off from the source 😂
Dude is going full tin foil hat
Phil is right guys.. my internet went down briefly yesterday… it’s those pesky trolls I tell ya!
hes not mad because money was spent unauthorized, hes mad that the money went toward bills instead of WWE champions
The moment I believed DSP is when I saw the WiFi names, holy crap people are insane dude.
Phill probably steps out of his house and thinks paparazzi are out there taking pictures of him
To be fair, it happened once or twice. Haven't you seen photos of him and Kat awhile ago on Doody's channel?
With the way Karen Burnell goes nuts when a doordash order is wrong, I feel like he'd react a million times more outraged were this story true.
Phil calling ISP reminds me of Chris Chan making video letter to Axe body spray to stop selling to homosexuals
When his wife makes a bad meal he thinks some detractor messed up the food while he blinked. Damn detractor goblin making everything worst!
Send this to Comcast, because I'm fairly certain they can take legal action based on these accusations.
Totally, this is defamation.
You ever think that Phil just lays there at night before going to sleep, just making up stories?
Probably literally think the world is actually out to get him.
I truly feel like panda Lee is making more money selling soap than dsp is making streaming.
Take a shot everytime phil says "it dawned on me"
LMAO! Pig ups to whomever set the Wi-Fi name to “Greedy piggy” and “Panda Lee was hotter”.
Truth hurts!
It’s funny how the person who claims to be drama free is always involved in drama.
lmfao He deserves this and so much more. 🤣
7:30 If Dave\s internet wasn't just crapping out and it really was a block on his internet, a message would appear. This is how net nannies work. They don't just throttle your connection all willy nilly for arbitrary intervals of time, they just redirect to a permission page.
I have spectrum and they frequently update their network, clearly they're out to destroy my lively hood when the Internet is down
What did you do to attract those detractors? Were you also just too good at games?
Yea I heard they only target you when the servers are "down"
I've never been so annoyed by hearing someone talk in my life and it isn't only because of the sound of his voice
The worst thing the Tech could have done was give Phil the managers phone number because now Phil will go straight to the top like he always does for the smallest of problems...
There is no way a tech would give a customer their sup's number unless directly instructed by their sup. Furthermore a tech would not be high enough in the pecking order to even know the regional managers number, much less give it out
Escalating a case to the next tech up the chain is common practice.
most the tech support is off shore call center 😂
I think Phil is afraid to talk on the phone though. He needs the link to the chat bot.
"It says in the logs"
Doesn't show the logs.
"They billed me for hundreds of dollars"
Doesn't show any screenshots of bank or Comcast account with sensitive data blacked out.
it took a tech visit to access his modem's config... let that sink in. Furthermore, "SOMEONE" did this not him in his idiocy not understanding how network settings function
Right? The fact he was having internet issues for months and didn't check the router or try anything??
This story's about as believable as the tooth fairy, the leprechaun, the Easter Bunny, Uncle Sam and Santa Claus all meeting in a bar for a donnybrook.
So someone hacked his account, changed his details, and paid his internet bill. Legend 😂😂😂
As someone who works with Comcast for businesses all the time....(IT guy)....I seriously doubt Comcast would waste the time dude. I think this is more drama. Anyone who loves drama always makes the claim "i hate drama" first off. Dude pushing a pity party. Also, the crime where someone paid his bill....how much do y'all want to bet he uses this for begging sessions? "I'm down a few hundred now guise...snort....its not my fault its Comcast that did it...snort..."
Whelp I checked the farms ....I stand corrected. (If it's legit)
If his modem has RUclips blocked, how is he streaming on it!? 🤦🏻♂️😂
Breaking news: Comcast hires Phil Burnell as new CEO after he demonstrates how much of a businessman he is to a low level tech this Friday.
The smug smile he gives after saying he has the evidence is more than enough to show he's lying
Are you a lawyer? Not being his property might not mean they can just mess with it.
Considering, of course, Phil isn't lying, what is unlikely.
"I lost my autopay discount" is a new low for a beg.
This still cracks me up.
I look forward to the video on Comcast playing WWE Legends under his account all this time.
Gotta give it to you Memology 101, you got me with that buffering joke at the end!
1) this isnt proof of anything. phil can change those settings just to fit his story, screenshot it and fix it again. it doesnt show DATES AND TIMES.
2) a tech will NEVER admit that the source of the problem is their own company
3) they will never tell you to shop for modems elsewhere when they charge you monthly for using the company equipment.
4) nobody is gonna half-ass trolling you if they go thru the trouble and risking their jobs to do it that they will do it once or twice a year for several years.
5) only phil would think that trolls would care about blocking twitter.
6) phil having internet problems and then admitting his bill isnt paid. do the math.
he must believe he's the smartest person alive. No way anyone paying attention knows a bit about networks or ISPs..
I assume his calls start with a 2 hour pre-stream. 2023 has been a great year, we just need an agent in the IRS now.
A nice big audit just before the holidays would be a fantastic Xmas episode.
if what he is saying is true.. this is hilarious
edit: nevermind those sick bastards lost phil his discount omg this is deadly serious stuff
So he basically wastes a couple of bucks more to get two business lines instead of one business and one normal line?
A normal line would be about $90, but he wants his 2 business lines for almost $500 - $600 a month (if you include taxes and fees) and he probably has the highest speed bundle, dude is crazy.
Why would a Troll shut off his internet in the middle of the side scrollers, They were roasting him and he was faking it because he was caught in a lie.
Lol " someone payed my account with my own money that's fraud, that's terrible😢" What, were you planning on not paying piggy?
