When most of the channels I have been subscribed to in RUclips uses the proper or better tools in doing their projects, (like a TIG welder for welding, clamps and bench vises for holding things in their place, different saws and cutters for different tasks), buying the correct or better materials, and a decent protection from the PPEs they wear.. This man uses the most basic of tools (a stick welder, a vise grip, a grinder, a jigsaw), fabricates rather than buys some of his materials, and wears "enough" PPE.. His ingenuity is uncanny and maybe in his checklist the only thing to ask is "does it do what it's supposed to?" because of the little care to the aesthetics and I enjoyed much of his videos..

It is not possible - "1.5 kw" !!
Dont jump away from reality and physics.
This motor is about 150-200 W. Thats why max speed is ~30 kmh.

As a fellow DIY person. Some things are just NOT worth the time to make it than commercially available product - unless you're doing it for fun - the money/time/resource/ spent will often easily exceed a commercially available product and the DIY end result will be subpar at best. Again. Not trying to knocking on your skill at all.

Have often wondered about a dual-rim wheel using a single tire & dual tube like that. Thank you for clearing it up that it can actually work. Also a minor suggestion - when cutting the slots for the axle, it's a little bit neater for the final product (as well as being easier and cheaper in terms of cutting disc lifespan) to drill a hole and just cut 2 slots to the edge. I'm guessing a 13mm bit would be the one you're after for those wheels. Worked well when building a little shopping cart the other week using a pair of 26" rims

Practise. Practise a LOT. No one starts off as a great welder and some of us take longer to improve than others, but don't let that stop you. While my own welding is FAR from perfect, it's still better than when I started. Same goes for any skill. Sure you'll have failures, but invest in an angle grinder for cutting up the failures and trying again.
