@@fenn__fenn she can pull the loose hair in ghe front back. Not so much th edges of course but she can definitely pull her hair back. Wigs dont necessarily mean you cant pull it back.
@@fenn__fenn She can, her wigs are lace & able to be pulled back. Look at the front it mimics a realistic hair line. So pulling it up is no issue.

Loved this one! My husband once went nuts and bought me a Mason Pearson brush plus the La Mer cleanser, cream, soft cream, oil, AND eye cream. I almost passed out as I always wanted to try the line but would never spend that much myself (good God, right?). It was a wonderful treat and so glad I got to finally try the myth and the legend…La Mer. BUT it did not radically change my skin. The clock didn’t reverse to my youth although my skin felt really nice and looked good. The reason for that wasn’t the product but the adherence to skincare it caused. So the one thing I did learn and get from it was I really took care of my skin during that time since I was excited with this luxurious (price wise) treat. I never wanted to buy it again, but I took that lesson and started thinking of my ‘skin time’ as a time to pamper myself instead of a chore. You don’t need to spend a fortunate to invest in your skin or health. You just have to place a high value on you and make that time with whatever products a time you care for yourself each day. Get a feel good hair towel or scrunchie you like to pull your hair back…wear a cute little robe…get some tea or beverage you like…massage your face and breathe…get a cute little plant/ herb pot that makes you smile to place near where you get ready…and LOVE the skin you are in.
Do a deep dive into la mer and it’s creator, that’d be suuuuper interesting!!! :)

I totally recommend the cetaphil for getting rid of acne too! I tried EVERYTHING and it was the only thing (including medication) that finally cleared my cystic acne 10 years ago. Must just be certain skin types it works so well on 🤷♀️

That sweet and nauseating smell? Their makeup is just as heavily scented. Can’t stand it.
I'd like to say that I know Sunbum has a variety of spray sunscreens.
Pixie has a spray spf and I THINK supergoop does too
OARS + ALPS has a spf 50 my man uses it $16
If you have a Trader Joe’s near you, their spray sunscreen is super well reviewed (often comes out on top in Consumer Reports rankings) and it’s relatively quite cheap. (Like $6?) However, I think it’s a chemical rather than physical sunscreen, which isn’t great for the environment

I'd just like to add a random note: many many dentists and dental technicians do not recommend mouth wash, it can really irritate or damage the gums and cause more harm then good
I just found you and I really love your videos and your honesty. It is very true about the vampire facial. I am OSHA certified for Blood Borne Pathogens as a medical assistant. I was taught to treat every patient as if they have AIDS. Why? Because my own teacher, who was working for a derm as his first job, had a cyst explode all over him and the doctor. AFTER it exploded (yes, they were wearing proper protection, thank GOD!) he disclosed that he had AIDS. It was NOWHERE in his file or records. They don't want to tell people because they are embarrassed, and I get that. However, it is absolutely unforgivable to NOT disclose that prior to a procedure! That is something we need to know to treat you properly and protect ourselves. This is why when you go for a tattoo, piercing or any procedure involving a needle, they had better be sanitizing, autoclaving and/or using brand new needles that they open in front of you! My sister owns a piercing shop, and she's the only one for 50 miles in any direction. She taught me all of that before I even went to school, which is why she's been open for over 25 years and never had a lawsuit. Observe the place before you agree to anything, even just a facial. If they aren't washing their hands and/or wearing gloves, that's an issue. Your eyes, mouth and nose are full of mucous membranes that are very porous and very easily penetrated by bacteria. So, please, before you go getting anything done, make sure they know their stuff!!

When I was 16 I had a kidney transplant and my nine year older sister (25) was using la mer and me as an annoying we brother was using her lamer on my scars and they healed well but that was just down to me using a moisturiser than the so called healing benefits that is suppose to be lamer. I finally told my sister this in my 20s and she laughed and couldn’t understand how she was going through so much. Luckily she agreed it’s more hype than an amazing potion.

Great review! I would love to see a review of The Ordinary's Granactive Retinoid in Squalane 2% or 5%. I used it prior to going on Tretinoin and really enjoyed how it decreased my forehead and between the eyes intersection of wrinkles. Plus, it reduced some age spots on this 47 year young face. When I started Tretinoin at such a lowwwww percentage my intersection returned for a while. Since my Tretinoin percentage increased, I'm now seeing good results again. Thanks so much for the level of science covered!

Hey Cassandra! You've mentioned not using wipes to cleanse your face/double cleansing/using a cleansing balm if you wear makeup. Is a tinted sunscreen/mineral powder bad enough that you'd consider double cleansing or using a balm before a cleanser or would one cleanse be enough?

(I have *incredibly* sensitive eyes and I can't use most of my face creams near my eye area. But this one is great.)

Ugh acne with dry skin is so bad. It's so painful. the bioderma atoderm intensive baume worked really really well for me. I was only using it for dry skin but I was shocked that my acne got soooo much better. My dermatologist says that that dehydrated skin let's in more bacteria that causes you to break out more that's probably why a good moisturizer is soooooo important. Hope you find someone that works well for you.

During your Target run video, you said that you have a better option other than the Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash! My husband prefers to use that and we're running really low, so it would be great if I knew what the other option is before I purchase more Neutrogena in the next few days!
The one she said is the CeraVe SA renewing cleanser because they both have SA. The one from the inkey list is a bit stronger in percentage.
I have both, but honestly, whenever I use the CeraVe, I miss the pleasant scent of the Neutrogena one. They both have the same amount of active ingredient.
